Its...not impossible really. The President of the Senate is legally a part of the Senate and even a constitutionally voting member. That does make the Vice President eligible for Majority leader. But its never been done before since John Adams because it makes the Vice President too powerful when he's supposed to be an afterthought. But if JD Vance is to be the heir apparent, it would make sense to elect him Majority Leader.

Mitch won't like it though.

I asked my eight-year old sister “Who won the election?” because she told me earlier-unprompted-that Trump win. She said Trump won and that she voted for him, and apparently at school they have a mock election and Trump won. Lmao.
Even the toddlers want Trump.
This checks out, I have a Junior high kid who has a Trump-Vance sticker displayed prominently and a lot of the kids compliment her. Even a pink-haired girl complimented her on it. This is just what happens when the children of liberals are all sitting in a dumpster behind Planned Parenthood.

RINOs won't let Rick Scott be majority leader, and Thune and Cornyn are Mitch's little lackeys. They won't let Mike Lee do it because he's too mean and conservative despite being anti-Trump until very recently (in that Meatball/Chip Soy vein of acting tougher than what can actually be accomplished).

I think Rubio would be a fair compromise for majority leader, it keeps him loyal and he's not as divisive as Zodiac or as fake as Tom Cotton. Rubio is smart enough to know he does Trump's stuff, he will be more liked and have a better future.

I mean it really would be a popularity contest at this point. People love JD. He has the rizz for lack of a better term. Public opposition would probably be low. Even among the senators it wouldn't be terrible. It would be among the old crusty fucks that it would be a issue

Unless I missed something since 2016, while he was establishment and he had his fights with Trump during the 2016 primary, I don't remember Rubio being too treacherous. I would be fine with him as long as he doesn't show his true colors.
