I don’t think this is ever going to happen. Ignoring the sunk-cost of 5 kids, there is no pressure for her to do so. Nick’s own father lives with them and enables Nick daily. I'm being over-technical, but it's most likely Nick paid the bondsman a fee equal to 10% of the amount in exchange for the bail/bondsman to put up 100% of the required amount with the court. In other words, he won't get back his 10% from the bail/bondsman, but assuming Nick doesn't flee or otherwise forfeit the bond, the bondsman will get back all 100% of what it put up (as would Nick if he had posted the whole amount himself).

Regarding the screenshot, is there any hard evidence that the history is from Aaron's account? Even though disbarment itself isn't likely, this is the kind of thing that gets you multi-year suspensions that often end up being the functional equivalent of disbarment.

Why not take it one step further for a moment: because of the conspicuously unnecessary redactions there is precisely nothing within the four corners of the tweeted screenshot inconsistent with a scenario in which Nick created a burner account along the lines of ThisOughtaOwnThaHaydurz@Gmail.com, logged into it, created the depicted browsing history and screenshotted it, added the redactions and any other shoops that make it look like the screenshot could have been taken while logged into Aaron's account when he can prove it was not, logged out from (if not also deleted) the burner account, waited until the time when he thought (perhaps mistakenly) that Google's applicable retention policy would remove any trace of him having ever used that burner account, and posted the screenshot claiming it was made while logged into Aaron's account. In that hypothetical scenario, whatever search warrants his actions will have instigated would not turn up forensic evidence of him having ever actually accessed Aaron's account at all.

The screenshots are the least of the issues really.

He has also allegedly sent emails he found in Aaron's account to other people. Those other people acknowledge receiving Aaron's email content from Nick, which gets around the problem of being able to establish the originating IP but not who actually sent it. Of course resources for investigation are quite limited so it's hard to know how much effort, if any, the PD would put into following up on this. While it's illegal, that doesn't mean it will be investigated, let alone prosecuted.
