He knew two things: one, it's nightmarish to get out of bad press the closer it gets to the election. Two, you can't shut up the standing president.

He also had to deal with Harris for all four years and he could see the bitch wasn't competent, and her people backstabbing him after that possible stroke must have infuriated him and Jill. The two of them had nothing but time, and they used all of it to make sure that uppity bitch from California wasn't going to get in.

Not only that taken in context Trump had been dominating the news cycles with PR stunts for a couple weeks at that point. She was desperate to get some oxygen but it seemed the focus was just always on Trump, and not in a way they could weaponize. Rallies, speeches, Mcdonalds, endorsements. She was always playing catch up. Then finally, a gift from heaven; some idiot comedian gave them an opening to claw back. For the first time in weeks they had something, anything that they could latch onto and maybe try to snowball into momentum against Trump. And then Biden is like yeah no fuck all that jack. The guys been in politics for half a century. Even completely broke brained and running on animal instincts his brain stem wouldn't let him say something that stupid at that time unless he wanted to.

I will admit I would've been one of the people talking shit about growing rice in California. Reflecting on this L, I was in fact, extra retarded to assume all of California is a desert, when California covers somewhere between 1/2 to 2/3s of the west coast, bordering Oregon in the north, which has a temperate rain forest climate.

I will still shit on California for retarded water management, which the author of that video complained about.

He is exactly the kind of gimlet-eyed, hard-assed, driven, competent white guy America used to churn out by the millions. The kind of guys who ran things when we built the Empire State Building and the Hoover Dam, when we kicked the shit out of Germany and Japan, and then the North Koreans and Red Chinese, and put men on the moon, and all that shit.
