Extraditable warrants for misdemeanors are very rare but are not unheard of (if he is arrested, Minnesota has to arrange prisoner transport on their own dime--just a long drive for a Sheriff's Deputy if he was apprehended in Wisconsin or Ohio, but an expensive nightmare if he turned up in
Florida or Alaska). It's probably because the courts really, really take those rules about not recording or broadcasting very seriously, just like people were sperging about for three hundred pages before Rekieta's Omnibussin. They want to send the message that even though it is easy to record a public Zoom court hearing, you are not allowed to any more than you would be if you were attending in person, and there will be consequences if you do it.
