Ethan Ralph, Fugitive from Justice

Extraditable warrants for misdemeanors are very rare but are not unheard of (if he is arrested, Minnesota has to arrange prisoner transport on their own dime--just a long drive for a Sheriff's Deputy if he was apprehended in Wisconsin or Ohio, but an expensive nightmare if he turned up in Florida or Alaska). It's probably because the courts really, really take those rules about not recording or broadcasting very seriously, just like people were sperging about for three hundred pages before Rekieta's Omnibussin. They want to send the message that even though it is easy to record a public Zoom court hearing, you are not allowed to any more than you would be if you were attending in person, and there will be consequences if you do it.

Rate me :optimistic: but I am looking forward to free speech warrior and American Hero Ethan Ralph becoming conservative media's new Chef Redpill when his arrest by the Mexican federales causes a diplomatic incident.
Don't they have to be Federal by states choice to be mandated to be extradited from those two places? Thats why people go to either of them as Alaska is physically too far or has no police for for jurisdiction, and Florida unless you do human trafficking doesn't comply with much of shit.

Honestly the correct play for Ralph is to just get on a flight out of Mexico to Minnesotta and face the music. Even at the absolute worst he's just looking at a few weeks in jail and if he willingly surrenders that would probably get suspended. Better to just get it over with willingly rather then force the State to go through the expense and annoyance of hauling his fat ass in.
But he's a RALPHAMAIL, BISH!!! HE DON'T SCARE DEM POH-LISE!!! HE'S AN OUTHOUSELAW, LIVING ON DA EDGE!!!

As smart as that could be Ralph's ego would never allow it. Ralph should probably flee to a country that isn't on good terms with the US so they're less likely to cooperate with the US. Mexico would likely give him up if asked.

It'd be funny if Ralph fled to Russia and Russia gave him up as an olive branch to the US.

>Another male answered who knows defendant.

"Is this Ralph?"
"I am not Ethan Ralph."

Or:

"Who am I speaking to?"
"-incoherent drunk sounds, none of which sound like 'Ethan' or 'Ralph'-"
I think they phoned up Harry Morris :

At this point, the only way Ralph could own the gaylawgs on the Farms and Casino is to do the right thing - go back to States, face justice, spend whatever time in prison they sentence him to, then go back to home town and start working on a construction or whatever job. Maybe even stream to whatever audience remains. Then he might become a king, like Fagwinson and Persip claim he is now.
I mean, what else he has left? Run to another country that US doesn't deal with - which means maybe half a year of more shitty Pillstreams* before his body gives up completely - or suicide from xanny overdose to "own da gaylawgs". I wish for neither, 'cause Ralphie on the right amount of xannies and booze can be pretty kino and him dying means no more possibility for future content. No more battling HEIINUS HERRRIIII, no more hollerin'.

If he really plans to go out, just please, spill the beans on Diddler Dax and his criminal activities. Snake him, Ralph. You know you want to. Like you snaked everyone else you were friends with. That's all I'm asking you for.

*there were maybe 4 content-worthy streams from him entire year - Persip struggle session, Rekieta interview stream, court order breaking and whatever happened this past week. Let's not pretend him running to yet another country is content in any shape or form.

Florida absolutely does extradite criminals, in fact Florida has adopted the US Uniform Criminal Extradition Act, as most states have. Of those that have not, all but South Carolina and Missouri have adopted their own laws that are UCEA compliant. Even SC and MO will extradite, but they have their own procedures, which makes extradition from those jurisdictions more complicated but not impossible at all. Alaska, Hawaii, and the Territories would be even more complicated due their distance, but realistically not much more so than Maine, Florida, etc. as the feds would inevitably be involved anyway (Con-Air and US Marshals).

If a police officer, for whatever reason, does not want to deal with, say, a pig monster wanted on a petty misdemeanor, he can come up with any excuse to let him go during a traffic stop (getting called to a nearby structure fire, shooting, etc. is a perfectly valid reason to let a guy with a warrant, especially nonviolent offenders, go), or even just not document that he ran his license. A less formal procedure typically followed by law enforcement is to call the issuing agency to "confirm" the warrant, because NLETS often has outages or is slow to update. Stearns County might (but probably would not) at that time tell the agency that found him to let him go if it was too far. Things get more complicated with federal law enforcement, who are much less likely to let a wanted man go just because they're at the end of a really rough double shift and just want to go home, and ICE will 1000% arrest Ralph if he tries crossing a normal port of entry.

Once he is in custody, the arresting agency will contact Stearns County to make arrangements for transfer. If Stearns County does not want the hassle or expense, or if the arresting agency does not receive an affirmative response in a reasonable time frame probably defined in the UCEA, he would be released. The warrant does not go away at that point, for that, he has to wait until the charges are dismissed in absentia, which happens a lot more than you might think, especially in shitholes like Minnesota.

Yeah they have them, but their is some sort of loophole or gap in policy that stops them from doing so somewhere else that they either choose to not abide by or have a technical stopping point in the law somewhere. Every criminal runs to Florida to avoid extradition as with Alaska to prevent it cause their is too much work/loophole to be extradited for something. Further research is that they wont extradite for misdemeanors but felonies are required by the constitution. Thats what I should have said my bad.

Ralph's life would be unimaginably better if he did the year for revenge porn in 2021. Since then Ralph had a heart attack in Vegas, crashed his car, fried his brain with cheap mexican Xanax, banned from 3 Livestream sites, lost $50k on sports betting, permanently crippled from being an airport louse, alienated 99% of his audience, and now he's back looking at jail time again.

He really should do the time, 3 months sober would do him good. Lord knows he doesn't have the self control.
