Also if you're in a conspiracy to tamper with witnesses or to obstruct justice, you're liable for all of your co-conspirator's criminal acts in furtherance of the object of the conspiracy. That means you can be punished as if you yourself committed them, and that's on top of the separate (federal and some states) charge of conspiracy.

Any lawyer would know this. If one of the conspirators were a lawyer, that would be really embarrassing!

I know Ralph hinted at there being something "big" around Aaron too (I think he was referring to the breach), but I can't recall when he did it. I've been searching trying to find it, but the Sektur board is kindof a clusterfuck as far as what's posted where. It would be nice to have his comments in this timeline too

Depends on whether he actually did what he said he did and how hard they want to go after the pudgy pedo. They might be more interested in going after Nick and offer a cushy deal. I have a feeling that, as we get closer to B-Day (Balldo Day), a lot of these goons will try to scrub the incriminating things they've said and/or done off the Internet to cover their tracks; 'Archive Everything', as they say. He also uploaded a supplementary video, where he tries to make the Pillstream seem purposeful, but that falls apart if you watch it with even more than two brain-cells. He's fucked, and he knows it. I'm almost positive he got Shower Called at the end of the Stream, and stopped because Nick told him too.

As an aside, Melton is what I'd call a 'Pontypool' Radio show host. His goal is to piss people off, so people will tell others to turn in, and they then get pissed off, and it's people hate-watching to boost the numbers. Everything from his smug attitude, to his humor, to the topics he chooses to cover, to the general way he carries himself on air, seems tailored too making people angry. He's been trying at this for many years now, and he's been floundering since the start because he's just not a good entertainer. Best just to ignore him. The only reason why I'm taking so much time here is because I fucked up the original Archive I did and I wanna make sure I get it right.
Outside of this, this guy is genuinely retarded, and may get hit with multiple felony convictions because he's too stupid to understand the difference between Real Life and the Internet. It doesn't even matter if this's all 'Kayfabe' or 'Gayfabe' or whatever the stupid fucking term is, because he's opened the door for all his Electronic Communications to be subpoenaed, and his storage-devices to be searched through, and who-knows-what is in those things. I don't think he's faking anything, though. I think he wanted to act all smug about his 'Epic W over the Toe', didn't even bother to think of the ramifications, and is desperately trying to back-peddle to save his skin. This's the first time Melton's been relevant in his career. He wanted to 'ride the wave', and didn't see he was surfing right into rocks. If I were him, I'd hightail it to Minnesota, and throw myself at the authorities. Turn over all relevant data, become a witness against Nick, and cut a deal for immunity. I don't think he'll do that, because he's a fucking retard.
