They already attempted this with how heavily the media pushed for Beto O’Rourke as “having the Obama energy” and it extremely failed because the modern democrat party didn’t want him and everyone else with a functional brain also didn’t want him.
He’s ultra irrelevant now, but for a while they pushed him hard for the millennial vote. High profile magazine covers, media interviews praising him, that retarded rally where he showed up on a skateboard he had trouble balancing on, he was basically the 2020 democrat version of Vance.

Damn, I forgot he existed and that DNC blew like 200 million on his campaign, lmao.

As in the vaccine mandates? Are you some sort of kill off the majority of the human population as painfully as possible type of person?
Nah i ain't for it, i was trying to guess anything good he's done. Which i'm having trouble with cause the only thing people has is him not being trump

Been witness to a lot of the tariff talk, and I think I realized something when I got this video in my rec:

People panic about tariffs because this shit happened so long ago that some people (like me) don't even remember it. They can't even fathom anymore that America can be a titan of industry, and create far superior quality items than shit made in a sweatshop. Fun fact: the gadgets and clothes you buy can last longer than a year before falling into little pieces. It's been interesting hearing about how this is such a bad thing from people that buy shit with "fair trade" on it.

What's funny is a chunk of the Texan Millennials who rallied behind Robert O'Rourke and Bernie ended up voting for Trump when they felt disinfranchised and eventually got some introspective. Lots of young blue Texans moved to Colorado, California, Louisiana, or Austin after he lost his bid against Ted Cruz too.

I didn't vote for Greg Abbott in 2018 because I couldn't stand him and knew he'd win anyways against Valdez. I did hold my nose and voted for Ted Cruz when "Beto" ran against him. Cruz eventually grew on me a little bit.

In 2022 I held my nose again and voted for Abbott because "Beto" ran against him. That's how terrible the fake Mexican is.

Seeing the bumper stickers and pins at college of "Beto", that skateboarding retard, was hilarious.

Robert O'Rourke is one slimy fucker who doesn't have Texas issues at heart. He's from El Paso which is New Mexico lite and they have a collective IQ on par with Albuquerque.

Bill Nye is a joke at the expense of science. He represents the worst aspects of the modern scientific community, he's to scientists what the Big Bang Theory show was to science. An actor who took advantage of childhood nostalgia to push a political agenda, pushing ideas not driven by facts or research but purely by whoever's funding him. His own arguments today directly contradict the facts he'd present on his children's show. He's not a scientist, he just plays one on tv. I lost all respect for him years ago during one of his global warming debates. I didn't even have a strong opinion about the subject at the time, I just thought his argumentation was so slimy and unintelligent. He was debating on some cable news channel, I can't remember who his opponent was but he opened by saying "Well, first of all he shouldn't be debating me, he should be debating me and the entire scientific community because there is broad and total consensus on this topic. There is no debate."
Might be a little niche and uninteresting, but I remember when I found out Bill Nye was first and foremost a complete and total fuckign scumbag asshole. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Nye–Ken_Ham_debate
.
Ken was gracious, had a nice debate with him, and offered to give him a brief tour, Nye big leagued and treated him like a piece of shit and left. It wasn't supposed to be any sort of big debate, just a discussion showing Nye's side and Ham's side, but of course it was framed as some big battle of the minds. Of course Nye spun it as some great win, some huge defeat of the goofy Christians and their stupid backwards beliefs. That wasn't what happened, it was more showing that secular science and religion didn't have to be opposing things. It always sort of bothered me that the guy that "won the debate" was such a petty asshole he didn't even feel like he had to humor that guy that invited him. Hated Nye ever since, fuck that guy. It's sort of strange the 10 years since how much Nye's bullshit has been exposed and how much, to me at least, that Ham's views have been a bit more redeemed. Ham is a young earth guy, and I don't really think that is the case or worth defending, but Ham has always been a pretty decent dude and the Ark Encounter is a pretty neat place to check out at least once if you are able.

It sort of ties into politics because, for me at least, that feels like a pivot point for the I FUCKING LOVE SCIENCE faggots getting pushed into lockers and faith to sort of having a role in the 2024 election. I still can't shake the feeling that God had a role in protecting Trump on j13 in pennsylvania. We seen an honest miracle there, and there really doesn't seem to be another way to explain that.

I literally forgot this guy existed. But just remembered the primary debate "HELL YES WE'RE GOING TO TAKE YOUR GUNS"
Can't wait for the 2028 primaries!!!!

That goes against capitalism though, which is about profits above all else.
