I feel like the left in America has taken serious permanent damage from Trumps re-election. His first go-round was the electorate saying "fuck it, why not?" and some things went well and others not so much. He didn't put gays and trannies in conversion camps which the more centrist/sensible people in those communities actually took note of. He deported a sizable amount of illegals but not every single brown person with an accent. Minorities realised he wasn't the threat they had been told he would be. He won a decent amount of hearts and minds who would never admit to liking him because ultimately i think he is pretty much a pure centrist.

Then COVID came along and the media essentially fooled people into voting for "the adults in the room" to fix a completely overblown panic. The next 4 years were spent tut-tutting at voters for putting Trump in at all whilst trying to get him locked up. This was a colossal fuck up. They proved Trump right on every single thing he had been saying about the establishment.

Voters hit back massively against being called racist hillbillies just because they want immigration laws enforced and a dozen eggs to not cost $10 anymore. Most people don't give two shits about what LGBT people do in their private lives and are ok with the idea of abortion being legalised or not on a state-by-state basis because that will reflect the views of the majority of the people actually living in said state.

The Trump campaign and everything that has happened over the past few weeks is insane. I don't even live in the US and it doesn't feel real. People actually just got fed up enough to finally tell the sanctimonious cunts in society to shut the fuck up because it became ok to admit that you were a fan of Trump and they can only call you a sexist/bigot/racist so many times before it becomes meaningless.

What I find mystifying is how TPTB fucked up the optics of January 6th. That should have been the death of the MAGA movement entirely, but everything changed when Tucker released the CCTV footage. The "Cathedral" (if I may steal Michael Malice's term) didn't even have to lie about the event. They could have called it a riot, used it against the "law and order" party, blamed Trump for the death of Ashli Babbitt, and called it a day. Now, because they lied and take themselves way too fucking seriously, January 6 is a fucking meme.

There is a fairly sizable about of people in the gay and lesbian community who never wanted the trannies lumped in with them but they were shouted down by woke straight people.

Second of all: maybe? I personally believe that the legislative and executive branches of government are now so interconnected that they no longer check each other. Congress does what it must to protect the federal branch, which I think is a consequence of the Obama years. I really hope Trump fires all the deep state bureaucratic nincompoops who think their life is a season of Homeland or House of Cards and forces Congress to do its fucking job.

For anyone unaware this Tony Gonzales is the same one who had to face off against Youtuber Brandon Herrera in a Republican primary in a congressional district along the United States-Mexico border.

Herrera lost by less than 500 votes. Gonzales was scared shitless that he ramped up the spending and ran attack ads on Herrera. He should have won because Gonzales is mega RINO and supported a gun control bill, hence Herrera launched a primary challenge against him. Hopefully he will run again someday.

Gonzales also only won with the support of AIPAC, which threw tons of money into a race where he was already massively outspending Herrera and yet still needed every vote he could scrape up to barely win, and then gloated about it (which Herrera to his credit then called out publicly). Herrera isn't even especially anti-Israeli much less an actual Palestine supporter (after all he's a libertarian whose #1 issue is guns and not foreign policy), he just didn't think deepthroating Israel with all his might as the neocon establishment types have been doing was a good idea, and still the Israel lobby decided he had to be buried for not being sufficiently slavishly devoted to their whims.

If he doesn't become the next ATF director, I really do hope the AK Guy goes back in for a rematch and curbstomps Gonzales as he should have. Gonzales blatantly despises MAGA guys like Gaetz, called them pedo Klansmen & shit, has openly sworn revenge against them for backing Herrera the first time around and can barely hide his seething contempt for the people of his district to boot - that loathsome taconigger's a microcosm of everything wrong with the Republican Party. All that and Gaetz has opposed bills that would shit on the First Amendment to defend Jews' feelings + Thomas Massie has made a public stand against the fags at AIPAC already, their faction of the GOP could use all the help it can get if they're to have any hope of making the US-Israel relationship even just slightly more balanced and Herrera standing with them would be a fantastic development in that regard.

This is going to be very brief.

Trump said Democrats cheated in 2020 and a demonstration was scheduled at the certification outside the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The demonstration got out of control and people went into the Capitol when they weren't supposed to. For a while, it was portrayed in the media as a legit storming of the building that harmed and killed Capitol Police members. People threatened members of Congress, trashed the place, and it was very, very bad optics for Trump and his supporters. For a long ass time, TPTB argued that Trump told his followers to do all of that.

Then, at the end of it all, it was proven that Trump did not tell his supporters to riot, Capitol Police was actually told to let the protestors in (with Capitol Police being under Democrat control at the time), the only person who died was a Trump supporter, and the camera footage from inside the building showed mostly old Boomers walking around and looking at stuff without breaking anything. It is also still up in the air why certain protestors are in jail and being denied due process while others who actively incited the crowd and did so on camera, like Nick Fuentes and Ray Epps, are not in jail; the suspicion being that the FBI had key assets in the crowd and does not want that found out because then the whole thing might look like it was the FBI's fault.

Hi, gonna chime in on this because duh. My favorite hobby here is venting out my unfathomably pent-up annoyance and disgust over this topic. It's fun and helps educate the masses.

There is no timeline where the Democrats can separate themselves from the safe space they gave the tranny parasite. That's just how they ARE unless you have a mass purge and total condemnation. A little bit just won't cut the tumor off, they don't get how this works. Once they're there, they're there. The only thing you can do is hop somewhere else and leave people whipped enough with the trannies until TTD occurs.

I think if they had stuck to persecuting Trump then maybe it would have been fine. But they insisted on going balls to the wall against the individuals just like they insist on calling all Trump supporters garbage. People remember the 2020 riots. It was a really bad idea to go that hard against individual rioters once they were Trump supporters. From the top to the bottom of the Democratic party there is a heated, personal hatred of Republican voters or anyone who as much as sympathizes with a single word they say. They are completely impossible to negotiate with. They know this hatred is repulsive to voters so they try and hide it behind joy and unity when they campaign but they let the mask slip way too often.

I think this is part of why some Muslims shrug their shoulders at the idea that Trump might be more pro-Israel. He's a strongly pro-Israel person...very well known as a practitioner of the "Art of the Deal." You can trust Democrats to express their sympathies for the Palestinian plight and to build a big stupid dock to try and show they care, but you can't trust them to do anything that will truly risk their Jewish voters going Republican. On the other hand, Trump might be willing to make a deal that wouldn't make everyone on his own side happy.
