Without getting too much into it, I've been in positions where I was essentially required to be awake for 24-48 hours at a time, and over those time periods I took upwards of 1600mg of modafinil, which is 8 pills. I got nothing more than a bitching headache.

It is our view that he is not showing remorse, but has rather doubled down on his self-destructive behavior and might have further charges filed against himself in the near future, including witness tampering charges related to at least one witness in this case."

The conference is the last stop before a trial date is set, where if a plea agreement is reached the judge can accept or reject said agreement.
