so I had some concerns because @Mandarys_Milan, I respect that you had some really bad experiences in your relationship & I respect that you acknowledge that sometimes you don't have your facts straight. Here's the sequence of events as I understand them, without the fluff - just sort of facts that can be proven? No motivations, inferred or not, is what I'm saying

1. mandarys is shmorky's fan
2. mandarys is invited to live in shmorky's apartment on west coast while shmorky works under lowtax
3. (carefully, another shmorky's fan, gets shmorky's skype after fbing shmorky for a while. feb 2014. my point is mostly about mandarys and shmorky so brackets because of relevance, not gravity. from feb to may 2014 there is exchange of written child pornography between shmorky, an adult, and carefully, a minor of age 17. this is illegal)
4. mandarys and shmorky start dating [what's the exact date when this takes? cause this will determine whether shmorky /cheated/ or not. not to say that invalidates the child porn just to set records straight]
5. three months after mandarys and shmorky start dating, they get engaged
[6. dk where to put this, again, depends on date of engagement, would be good to have] oct. 2014, after a period of no skyping, carefully finds out about mandarys, and asks shmorky about it on skype. they have no skype contact past this point.
7. mandarys doesn't have her pills (is there concrete evidence shmorky took them? i know lowtax said it too but who did lowtax get the info from? shmorky taking her pills is such a weird thing to me because I don't get the motivation)
8. mandarys has a psychotic episode, tells shmorky that shmorky wants her dead, pushes a knife at shmorky, screams. shmorky stands there and gives defensive, short replies. shmorky makes an audio recording of the episode and posts it on something awful. [what's the date on this? a time would help on context]
9. around feb 2016? mandarys wants to leave
10. shmorky calls the cops several times close to the time of departure, the last one resulting in mandarys having 1 month of jail time
11. mandarys moves back
12. shmorky moves


So @Mandarys_Milan could help me a lot by filling in some dates. There's just one thing I want to talk abt right now though which is that, Mandarys has been saying that shmorky was taking revenge on her by calling the cops. But um, we've already seen that Mandarys has episodes where there are knives involved. I'm just saying it seems a little bit more possible that shmorky had legitimate reasons for those calls? The fact that he's six feet tall isn't really relevant, since we know a lot of men are the victims of domestic abuse, and they're probably of variable heights. I think the cops would know that as well.

About the pills - Mandarys, can you tell me the reason why you think shmorky took them? Do you know how Lowtax knew that shmorky took your pills?

Regardless of anything I said above, shmorky broke the law by rping and sharing explicit material with a minor, some explicitly of underage individuals, so both of those things are crimes. What I'm calling into question is sort of the added accusation of abuse. I'm seeing more of a mutual abuse situation here. Unless Mandarys can provide me with more details that imply otherwise, of course.

2) When I told him I had a mental illness and was disabled he almost immediately asked me to live with him. It was not on the West Coast, it was in Missouri, where his house and the Something Awful office used to be. You either don't know much about this situation or you're a goon who's playing stupid, and I'm guessing it's the latter, but I'll humor you.

3)Carefully and Shmorky started skyping before I and him did. I started talking to him in March of 2014. I'll have to look at the dates on the chatlog again but I'm pretty sure he was talking to us around the same time, and it's pretty normal for a guy to be talking to a couple of girls at the same time when he isn't officially dating one yet, except of course if that girl is 16 and he's 34.

4) I moved into his house Jun 1st 2014 and that's when we became an official couple. For all I know it could have been a coin flip that decided if Carefully or I would get to live with him. He really didn't see women so much as people as opposed to things he could get to do things for him.

5) Yes, I think it was about 3 months.

6) When Carefully found out Shmork and I were engaged she backed off. She wasn't willing to be someone who Shmork cheated on his fiance with. I really don't understand why that even matters.

7) Shmork took my pills because he said they were making me "change into someone disagreeable." He was anti-medicine and refused to get help himself, saying that "only drug addicts need pills." You're asking questions that you know can't be proven one way or the other, unless you were there and witnessed what happened.

Again, you stumble into this thread like an Irish drunkard and bring up a topic that has been addressed 50 pages ago and claim to know what happened better than the people who were there: The first time the cops came was when Lowtax called him because Shmorky said he was "afraid." The cops came and I was freaking out because I'm not really having the best time mentally and now there are men with guns in my house. The recording was made shortly after they left, and I find it telling that you think taking that recording was okay, considering he had broken Washington 3rd party law by doing that and I could have pressed charges on him for it, but I digress. The cops asked me if I really had a "sword collection." I told them I own one for self defense and they could have it if they felt I shouldn't because I was so fucking tired of Shmorky convincing everyone I was violent when I'd never commit an act of violence in my life. I repeat: I have never commit an act of violence in my life. Aside from buying weed on occasion, I've never commit a crime in my life. If you want to get creepy about it, I think people's court records are public so go look it up if you want to because I don't know how many other ways to say that I am not violent. Remember in the recording that you're so fond of when I said "how do I prove to you that I'm not violent?" and then kicked the SHEATHED sword to him and screamed "Just take this because I don't want it anymore?" I screamed it because I was at my wit's end. It's like someone accusing you of murder and when you tell them 'I've never murdered anyone and you have no evidence that I murdered someone', they just get in your face and say "Well prove to me that you didn't murder someone! Prove to me that you didn't murder someone!"

9) Yes I wanted to leave. I was packing to leave. Shmorky did not want that. Not because he wanted to stay with me, but because he wanted to spite me. I would be packing my clothes a room away from him and he would call the cops saying I was beating and raping him. He did this about 5 or 6 times over the next two weeks. Each time, the cops would say "if you're afraid, why don't you leave?" He wouldn't. When he made that recording of me he was 3 feet away from the door. If he was afraid....why did he just stand there talking to me in a perfectly calm tone?

10) He called the cops so many time to the point where by law one of us had to be removed and he STILL wouldn't leave, so they took me to a hospital, not jail.

And then 11 and 12 happened.

This is the last time I'm repeating myself about crap that I've already posted in detail about, which really doesn't matter so much anymore given the state of things. Read the thread.

If you'll excuse the powerlevel - Please don't lump me in the same box as Shmorky. I have a mental illness. The thing is I admit it, I'm aware of it, and I get treatment and take meds to manage it, and I've never commit an act of violence or crime because of it. Shmorky touts his mental illness as a 'lifestyle' and refuses to acknowledge he has a problem and get help even when I begged him to, and he's an active harm to others. I really don't get why that's such a hard distinction to make.

What's weird is that Sandypants, like Partydog, was part of the furry "cool kids" group on FA. If your art style was unique enough, if you had enough hipster irony and appealed to that sort of underground indie aesthetic, you could have pretty much whatever weird fetish you wanted and it didn't matter. People would shrug it off and be like "well, it's among consenting adults, and there's no evidence of these people showing up to furry cons in diapers, so whatevs." As far as I'm aware, there's no evidence of Sandypants preying on minors; she just seems to want to be the little girl and go pee-pee not in um potty. In general, there's a lot of cartoonists, especially in furry circles, who just know people with weird fetishes that otherwise seem cool, and it's not uncommon to just kind of be like "okay man, you just do your thing, whatever."
