He is like a tranny who gets off on disgusting and offending people
Nick definitely gets off on exposing unwilling people to his degenerate sexuality

That's 100% why he started talking about the balldo and all that shit on his stream. He was aroused by the idea he was making his fans uncomfortable.

He's literally just this guy:

While we're in this lull of news.

This seems to have been overlooked: In April's IG photodump of August 24, 2024 at the Bill Mack-something party (scant evidence of it online). Nick, Celeste, and April all posted.

April's has hotel pics!!! I'll bet you can't wait for the reveal of the hotel - joke.

This lines up with the Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington that is near the Griffin Gallery (formerly owned by Bill Mack at 5222 W 78th) where the party seems to have happened.

Funny how none of us cared where they were in August. That's how shameless it's all become.

What is somewhat notable is that the night before this event, Nick was sperging on Twitter as documented by @Balldo's Gate here. I'm speculating that this was a weekend of drinking (hence the Twitter sperging) and getting out from under Kayla. We may be overthinking the drug testing. "Brent" probably told him that he was in the clear until Tuesday, or something.

Edit: Clean up

I hope to god he fights it, that'd be the funniest outcome, and he likely will
It would be the lolcow of the year option.

But I think his KCHHS case gives us some insight. He was told to take drug tests and go to rehab. He initially resisted any of it claiming it was self-incriminating to clean his house, take tests, go to rehab, etc.

Now it appears he did everything they told him to do and he meekly submitted. I think he's trying to say he negotiated rehab into something and the tests were meaningless and easy since he's not an addict.

In the end, they gave him a boot and he licked it. I hope he's not a complete boot-licker, but it's Nick. He'll spin boot-licking into something heroic. "David licked God's boots" or something.

Maybe he will come out with, 'I'd rather be a boot-licker with my kids than... Wait... NO I WOULDN'T! KAYLA, TURN OFF THE STAR TREK AND TAKE THESE MONSTERS WITH YOU! APRIL AND I NEED SOME QUALITY BALLDO TIME!'

There's no way he gets out of this without total humiliation, getting totally ass-fucked in public.

Either he bends over, gets ass-raped by the State of Minnesota with whatever lube and soothing anal cream the Barneswalker can offer, after admitting guilt to his multiple crimes, or he goes to trial and loses and gets fucked even harder, but this time without lube.

The State likes ya, Nick, and the State wants ya, Nick, and the State's gonna have ya, Nick.

The question is, is it gonna be the easy way or the hard way, as the Booty Warrior put it.

FUN FACT: Nick actually wanted to have a prolific gay anal prison rapist on his show and talked about it multiple times. Fleece Johnson. That's who Nick had the hots for.

C'Mon April! Spill the beans! Release the bodycam footage!

An actual practicing lawyer, and prominent legal scholar, Alan Dershowitz strongly advised against this. He would actually tell his clients he couldn't ethically represent them and advance a theory of innocence if he knew they were guilty, and then gave them some time to think about that.
Referencing Dershowitz is suspect. He's known for representing/ advising clearly guilty people (von Bulow, Simpson, Weinstein, Epstein, to name a few). I respect his legal mind immensely, and he is undoubtedly a scholar, but he's hardly an exemplar of someone who ethically requires innocent clients. ...and I get your comment references knowledge/ advancing an innocence theory, but come on.

Incidentally you don't want a lawyer who always pleads out, even if MOST criminal lawyers do this MOST of the time.
100%. I always chuckled at Rekieta's bragging about this.

(In all of his 30ish appearances.)

I'm just pointing out his way of staying barely within ethical rules (entirely different from moral rules) while representing obviously guilty clients. This is a tightrope any criminal defense lawyer walks.

Even Dershowitz's invitation to his clients to lie to him surpasses Nick's much less ethical practice of just automatically pleading guilty because he's a lazy pussy.

Jesus Christ, they couldn't even spring for the JW Marriott? Sad!

Agree!

The way I read it, he isn't saying anything about declining to represent obviously guilty clients. He is telling the clients not to confess their guilt to him while he is representing them. The ethical line he is IMO trying to ride there is that he has to, in his own mind, know that defense he is offering is not overly false or contradicted by something he has been told by the client.

To put it another way, its perfectly acceptable to him that the client lies to him about their guilt or innocence. But it is ethically unacceptable for the client to instruct him to put on a false defense that he as an attorney knows is false. He will defend you based on whatever facts you present to him. But he will not defend you if you tell him you are guilty and that presumably you try to conspire with him to craft a defense both of you know is an absolute lie.

This can be for ethical reasons. But the other practical reason for this is that alot of people have to be in a 100% mindset in court in front of a jury. That you have totally believe in what you are saying when you make the case.

Wait I remember these pictures, havent they been posted before?
I did post that raccoons photo a couple of months ago but I didn't want to be all whiny about getting credit. Plus I am more of a proponent of the thread discussion going where it wants to go, within reason. As a mod I would be more hands-off. What's old sometimes becomes new again, especially when some might have missed it the first time.

duloxetine isn't shielding you from alcohol interactions,
I'm pretty sure that the claim is that the drug curbs his cravings so that he drinks less or not all anymore. SSRIs and stuff like semaglutide can have this effect.

And given his claim that he has recordings of people saying they are going to set him up and conspire to get him jailed it further makes me think he's going to shoot to have the entire thing thrown out on merits instead of actually arguing the facts of wether he possessed or not or had a gun in connection to his drugs.
I couldn’t find the clip so I can’t review it to be certain, but pretty sure Nick admitted that those “recordings” of the “conspirators” trying to “set up” Nick were just part of the evidence that the state provided to him. It’s probably just people from church talking about how weird Nick’s behavior is and how they’re worried about the kids. Even so, he’s probably still going to try to legally frame it as some sort of grand conspiracy and it will be funny.
