Most "conservatives" in the west are speed limit liberals. They don't want to conserve anything meaninful for their constituents at all, the only thing they conserve is liberal agendas by slowing them down.

What the conservative voters actually want are reactionaries who will actually turn the agendas back and undo the damage. Joe not pardoning Hunter was a campaign promise. If Kamala won Biden wouldn’t have needed to issue a pardon as Kamala would’ve likely done so her first day in office to stop court proceedings. It was never about being upstanding, it was about trying to look high and mighty above the political standards Democrats so vehemently detest. The main reason Democrats are upset is there is little distinction between the actions of Trump and Biden as they’ve followed the same playbook for handing out pardons to those in close proximity to their circles of power. I hate these fucking people. It's not enough to just destroy the country. They have to feign outrage in defeat so they can pivot away from Biden. Pardoning's a double edged sword. Joe might've saved his son from seeing the inside of a cell, but that also means he loses his Fifth Amendment protections in regards to whatever it is he was pardoned from. That means Hunter's got no choice but to testify if the new incoming Congress decides to audit the Ukraine money.
