I've said it before about Chis an Josh they likely have some weirdly specific artsy skill they have a natural aptitude for but will never get close to it because they don't have the exposure to it, like Gem setting, or tile making etc, I'd love to get a handle on what Josh's would be.

Imagine Cobra's clock tower dream mansion but its a smart home where HAL 9000 is basicly Clint. :D

But yeah a lot of the best artists have been really weird doods with that specific talent, if people really want to send our boy somethinh it should be that kind of stuff. Something useful that pays off for everybody but most importantly for Cobes.

Stupid as it sounds some of the really early experiments into extremely high temperature crucibles involved displacing the oil with water, part firing them then letting them drain any remaining oils out then adding a secondary refractory layer, then firing them again - I've got the documentation some place but it didn't really work outside Small lab / assay furnaces as you couldn't get all the Oil's out in larger units and they polymerised then broke catastrophically, apparently there is a renewed interest in the field but for other materials and the retained oil is a feature not a bug.

Nha going of his history it's something like some showy all style no substance bit of tat from BudK, he seems to think thats a high value gift.

I'd honestly love to know what he thinks of High end cutlery, just looking at them let alone handling it - I can see him not getting the difference between extremely well made well designed tools vs his normal gaudy impractical butter will blunt them knifes.
