I see people are angry at third party delivery companies, so I have reason to rant again.

Do not order from Best Buy. They've outsourced all their delivery to a third party company called Roadie. Here's their BBB score of 1/5. READ THE REVIEWS.
They have absolutely no way of contacting them and somehow less security than Uber. I ordered a laptop a while back and saw that the driver cancelled the order after picking it up. He's got a free laptop now and my blood pressure is spiking remembering the nightmare of dealing with four different Pajeet best buy reps because no one ever picked up with Roadie, who would hang up on me after about thirty minutes of waiting every time. I'll take my top hats because this shit genuinely makes my blood boil and getting recourse was nearly impossible.

How this company stays in business is beyond me.
You paid for it with a card right? Chargeback time

Best Buy is basically the only Tech place left open in my area, they have a legit monopoly here.

It got made into a song and I dig it, more chill than "they're eating the dawgs" feat. 45/47 Lyfe:

Kamablah showed up at the National Black Caucus of State Legislators hiding her turkey neck to try and keep it real, be down with the struggle lawd have mercy:

I really wish I had read this before I ordered some computer parts from Best Buy two days ago. Now I'm feeling nervous.

This could arguably be a plus, considering what the feds are pushing. Obviously, something like ''back to work or you are gone'' would remove a bunch of parasites from the system, and make it much harder for them to hide

It could. Remote Work could allow for a lot of D.C. to be decentralized and put feds out of that bubble and around the nation. No longer having to be at the D.C. office they could live out in the real world and retain some humanity.

But that isn't what is happening. We all know most are just useless pencil pushers and checkbox checkers.

This is a new one. I've never used Uber or UberEats so are you able to decline specific drivers based on their appearance? Seems like a discrimination / civil rights problem.
You can’t reject a driver, but it does show you their star rating, how many trips/deliveries they’ve done, their face, their name, and the car they drive.
The app actually tells you to report people who don’t match and to never ride with or accept food from them, so this girl is in the right.
The entire reason they do this is so you can feel safe with someone who will be held accountable.
Illegals also fuck it up for everyone because they over saturate the area making the payout for deliveries worse.
If there’s 100 people doing it in an area, it pays less than if there are only 50. My tactic is to not too upfront, forcing someone with common sense to realize that they’ll be tipped if my food isn’t fucked with and on time. I always get white people as a result.

Thankfully I was able to deal with it at a store about 30 minutes away (I got bounced around to two different stores in the area, the first saying they had it then saying "actually we lied" a few hours later). The manager was kind enough to call up corporate and figure it out after an hour of back and forth. Ended up getting the discounted price I bought it for at the time. It really sucks to see Best Buy degrade in quality this much, though it wasn't stellar in the first place.

yeah I still buy stuff there on-and-off, but I expect I'm going in for a fight

The companies they contract out to in my area this time of year use drivers that I'm pretty sure are actually illiterate. It's typically FedEx instead of Amazon, but if I have a weekend or early delivery God only knows where it ends up. If I know something is coming FedEx, I'll just have it routed to a nearby drop off location because reading the numbers on the sides of buildings is beyond people.

Ups is also dogshit. The last three times I ordered a big ticket item ($300+) they fucked it up.
$350 collectable that i paid extra for signature confirmation? Across the street in the crazy ladies driveway lol
Brand new graphics card? We tossed it in the rose bush next to the running sprinkler haha
3d printer? We left it on the sidewalk a quayer inch inside your gate, fuck you.
Thankfully I scheduled delivery for days that I'm off, otherwise I would be shit out of luck.

I've had better luck with UPS, they are the better option in my area, but I'm also biased as my dad managed their automotive end for, uh, entire states. It's how I learned to hate the Teamsters.
