He went and bought two power bars and a bottle of water at Starbucks near the hotel, knowing he’d be seen on camera, an hour before the shooting. This was purposeful, if he wanted to avoid cameras he could have easily brought those items with him. This guy was no slacker in the preparation dept. He wasn’t going to jeopardize his entire plan because he was so damn thirsty.

It’s easy to put on gloves and pick up some rando’s used water bottle out a SB trash over the weekend. Put the discarded bottle directly into a plastic bag in your trusty book bag. Make sure you are clearly seen buying the same water bottle an hour before the murder. As you leave the scene be sure to drop the water bottle you got out of the trash, along with the phone you prepped on the ground.

Nothing better than ensuring cops are wasting time on wild goose chases while carry out a strategy to leave the state to make it to an old cabin off the grid you prepared in Montana, just like dear old Uncle Ted.

I get what you're saying. And I agree....but I would argue that the fact that it has been three days and such powerful entities havent been able to nail him yet speaks to his favor. This has been water color and dinner table talk for most everybody with major new agencies and social media blasting us with it on our screens as well. I doubt there is many people I can walk up too and say hey did you hear about that dude getting shot and not make small idle chit chat with.
