Possibly, I can't find any specific info on how they treat ERPs or sexting when there's no visual pornography or real life intentions involved. Real life intentions can be suspected even if there's no direct mention of them, though.
Obscenity laws could maybe come into play as well;

She didn't. Also my wife says she doesn't remember saying anything about "not contacting her again," so take that for what it's worth.
