I definitely recall a cope about 'They didn't SAY I had to stop drinking!' in regards to the CPS case. He paid bond in the criminal case, and that technically allowed him to drink again and not have to drug test, but CPS wanted testing so he didn't get away from testing entirely. According to him, CPS then also wanted him to be clean of alcohol as well as drugs, and he bitched about it--but claimed he did comply perfectly.

There were rumours of a failed test in or around early November (contemporary with April's apology tweets and Aaron and Keanu claiming Nick blamed April for something), but as far as I know, nothing concrete was presented because the CPS case is sealed.
