Yaaaas slay!

Edit: is the last of us one worth playing? Is it gay? Or did it become gay with dlc?
If you want to play a father daughter apocalypse story about surviving, i say go for it. But skip playing the dlc, you dont need to play it, and Ellie will not be gay. The game ends nicely as it is and there is no need to play the second game at all. Naughty Dog died with the TLOU2.

Yes. No. Yes.

Do not go for the remaster. They make Joel be weak.
Awesome thanks I saw a PS3 copy for sale pretty cheap and I kinda wanted to check it out. I'm already pretty disappointed that ff16 has gay shit in it and I just didn't know.

I managed to snag it from a quickly passing tweet I soon lost, people are going to town on this obvious trainwreck of a game. I see more than one person calling it "The Concord of Us". If you want games to be taken seriously, your main protagonists should be ugly, unlikeable bulldykes, i.e. Druck's incredibly obvious fetish.

I mean it could be cool if the lesson of the game is that lesbians aren't real and she learns to be straight again.

I hate this. They are wearing on their sleeve that they are aping the technology and design aesthetics of 80's era SciFi anime ( they are as subtle as a sledgehammer since they actually show an facsimile of one in the CRT monitor of the ship ) What really burns me is the insincerity of it. If they actually were fans of the aesthetics and spirit of that kind of setting they would have made the protagonist a female character worthy of those anime of the era, beautiful and feminine instead of the ugly bald bull dyke of this trailer and most importantly the game would use stylized visuals that would make it look like a 80's anime.

Notice what's missing?

Imagine if the game used rendering techniques to make it look like the character and FXs were hand drawn animation:

I'm honestly sick of realistic graphics, Western Triple A games end up looking the same because there is no concern for presenting a distinctive visual design that shows artistry and instead all go for a technical obsession for rendering photo realism that IMHO does not translate well for video games in fantastical settings. What a wasted opportunity, Cuckman had to make another sacrifice to the altar of woke.

I am thinking about it, and what makes the character design bad for the main character really boils down to the realistic graphics.

Like I can envision this character design working in a more stylized game, like it could actually work. But hyperrealistic graphics really hurt the design.

Another thing that bugs me is the voice for the eyepatch lady, because the lady looks to be in her 30s-40s yet sounds younger or maybe the same age as the MC.

But anyway the funniest thing about this game is that there were people who actually were interested in the game, but immediately lost it right when Neil's association was announced to be developing it, especially given his admission to inserting his Zionist politics into The Last of Us franchise.

He managed to piss off both left and right wing gamers with his politics and company work ethic, it's actually not that easy to not even have the normies defending you.

The only good thing from this trailer is the robot
I'm getting some Nier Automata vibes from the design. Not a bad design, but clearly excessively "inspired" by N:A.

Hopefully the negativity doesn't peter out.
Vitriol never wears out and people always love to complain. We'll be fine. :story:

Alien: Isolation pulled off the 1970s/80s sci fi aesthetic far better
Oh man they absolutely knocked it out of the park on the graphic and sound design. You really did feel like you were on a station built with the same tech that the Nostromo had. I still wish there was a "just walk around" mode in the game so I could explore everything properly without being chased by androids & aliens.
