Late, but does anyone know whether or not there was something concrete to connect her digital “infidelity” to an actual act of cheating, or is it possible that this was inflated by Nick?

I don’t want to run interference for Kayla for the fuck of it, but some of Nick’s schizo tweeting with April involved him waxing poetic about what the meaning of infidelity actually is. He was trying to frame it like some kind of vague term that could get applied to lots of trivial non-sex offenses. At the time I figured he was trying to weasel out of admitting to having a mistress, but in retrospect it makes me wonder.

All this Dear John stuff is reminding me that Nick has proven himself over and over to be a thin skinned little bitch who overreacts, holds grudges, and likes to leverage a wound like a weapon. What I’m saying is, there’s a nonzero chance Kayla might have made Nick feel cheated on without actually having done anything particularly impressive at all.
He called it an "emotional affair" which is a literal nothingburger. So they might have discussed things in a real life context, but it didn't lead to anything in person. Not sure what that all entails because real specifics weren't highlighted, likely because Nick knows he'd rightfully be called a little bitch over game character interactions.

I think the value of figuring out how intensely Kayla “cheated” on Nick is in terms of figuring how much of a terminal dishrag she is. If she’s got it in her to actually keep a boyfriend on the side, she’s probably more likely to divorce his ass. If she let him guilt trip her over a male buddy simping too hard, it’s not looking good

What about bodycam footage from his traffic stops? I wanna see him get pissy with the “YOU’RE FUCKING BULLSHIT LYING” and drive away.

As far as I know, the same default private label applies.

And also for the people who may not remember, but when Nick was propositioning Rumble to be on their board of directors because of his "value" and "good ideas", it was even more retarded than you think. His brilliant ideas he's referring to were, and I'm not exaggerating, to steal features of YouTube and Twitch and implement them into Rumble. The fact I'm not joking makes it even funnier.

I forgot about this, but his LOCALS rants did include this hilarious idea. He simply wanted to have LOCALS act like all the other platforms he used so he could just use one. His only real original insight was trying to get the ability to merge different community LOCALS livestreams together.

Has he ever used gayops? I'm trying to think of a time when he strategically used side characters to pump out a wholly fictional narrative.

Yes, hilariously badly against myself by planting a 'fake' story about attending a drag show, then ridiculing us for discussing it. It backfired because, at the time, it seemed like something he might truly do.

Oh, that's right! With Art, correct? That's straight-up gayops. (The other examples people noted today were more about Nick trying to talk to people privately to convince them out of discussing his bad behavior - with Null in particular.)

I've always wondered who this character and actor from Star Trek is. When @Not Who You Think published the OP on Kayla I searched for Star Trek. There's not a lot of detail on him but this amused me greatly:
Aaron bought Kayla a Valentine’s Day gift (Star Trek action figures and snacks for her bedroom snack drawer). Nick didn’t get one for April.
... so, I still don't know who the object of her affection actually was. The injustice!

With games like Star Trek Online it's an MMO with a community of players comparable to World of Warcraft or FFXIV. Each person has a character of their own creation or multiples they cycle through and will get really into the roleplaying aspect of things. Some people have years and years of character storytelling as a part of their group or pair lore, depending on if it's a group/guild/clan/etc. thing or if it's between two people.

There's usually a blanket rule about reminding people that characters don't equal the person playing them, but people self insert all the time. It's a grey area. And when people take it out of the game it's still a grey area because you have to wonder if they're involved with their idea of the character or the person behind the screen or a mix of both.

Which is why I stand by the fact that whatever happened was probably not that deep, because with these roleplay things it's rarely ever personal even when conversation is taken out of game and there's player flirting that goes on. Most people understand at the end of the day it's probably not worth pursuing beyond some sexting and exchanging nudes AT WORST.

But most people in these roleplay groups are super fucking serious and wanna be their character so bad and they don't want the other players breaking their immersion so they prefer to do sexual stuff with others as their character to live out their ideal life. It's such a grey area that it's so funny to me that Nick finds that threatening. He's more ridiculous than the die hards who believe they're really living their character experiences.

Probably the reason that the group of people I briefly played EVE Online with were relatively normal people was that they weren't interested in roleplaying, they just wanted to punch way above their weight in alliance fleet engagements and because waking up at 3 am to roflstomp the Russians amused them

Various updates:

Sharilyn Sletta, Kayla’s mother, added a new cover photo on Facebook. It’s not very subtle.

In case anyone is curious, Nick is still following his suspected drug dealer on Instagram, except he has rebranded from “Sir Richie Hendrix to “Yah Yah.” (Cross-referenced the linktree to confirm it’s the same account, also his old posts are still there.)

IMG_0837.jpeg

Nick’s snake tattoo artist will be in town in January. Not sure if there is a festival nearby at that time or if he is tattooing clients out of an Airbnb as he sometimes does, but he will likely finish Nick’s snake.
It is a tattoo festival, specifically the Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Festival. Jay and Elliott will be in attendance.

Unless he tards out and gets put in Jail, Nick will definitely be there. Maybe April, too. It could be Nick and April’s last hurrah before daddy government forbids them from seeing each other.

Well, here's what happened: Brian Lewis is not listed on Francis White Law's site.

https://www.franciswhitelaw.com/attorney.html
I think he may still technically work there. I don’t recall ever seeing Brian’s name on the Francis White Law website or any of its archives. Also, Brian still seems to be using his Francis White email:

I don’t think he has quit or been fired yet, but he’s on his way out. That weird Thanksgiving post was definitely directed towards Francis, and his recent posts read like advertisements for his legal services.

Nick has fucked up his prefrontal cortex from alcohol, and cocaine at this point he’s better off letting the teenager at Pizza Hut make his decisions for him. This of course can be reversed but it requires about two years of sobriety, and then you can’t go back to drinking due to having issues in the dopamine reward system which are probably permanent. What I’m getting at is Nick has nobody around him, but enablers his parents, his weak wife, and mistress, himself, juju the cow, there’s no way he’s going to make it. This is going to get worse. The only people who won’t enable him are the candy yoshi courts.

grey area
What do you mean grey area? There was recently a story about some roleplay gta V streamer cheating with other roleplay streamer in real life due to them roleplaying.
If you catch your wife erp with some dude you should tell her to cut that shit or its over. Roleplay about saving the planet not sucking edick in your dork star trek game whore.

Generally you'd expect people from a small town with a social relationship (ie, through both being members of the same Amateur Dramatics Society) to give somebody a pass in this situation. At the very least, you'd expect them to do minimal coverage.

My guess here is that JP Cola has had the same kind of encounter with Nick Rekieta that everybody else in that community appears to have had. Same kind of encounter that Monty's lawyer, Schnieder had. Same kind of encounter that Judge Pussy Liquor had with him.

It seems hard not to be exposed to Rekieta and not to immediately rejoice in that motherfucker's downfall. And if you can give the process a helping hand, you'd be doing your community a favour.
I wonder if @MNPublicRecords2 is Cola or someone like that from the local community. Same with some of our slightly obsessed posters like @Melty Butter ;)

I've always assumed this had to be the case -- mainly because it seems hard for me to imagine that a complete outsider would have the kind of access and motivation that @MNPublicRecords2 had.

Even the most reasonable person in the neighbourhood had to start getting a bit annoyed when Rekieta started showing up at services with Kayla, the kids and the side piece in tow.

And shoot blues everyday.

i have to disagree that an emotional affair is a nothingburger. women who are happily marriage, they will be friendly but not flirty with other men. so, when married women open themselves emotional with men like that, 9 times out of 10, she is going to her pussy smashed.

had kayla and "star trek guy" continued on, they would have met up in a hotel in minneapolis. or maybe they had and kayla keep it on the down low. imo, most women can keep a secret, such as an affair, to their graves.

"Emotional Affairs" are just blossoming sexual affairs. The emotional side of the affair is just the courtship. Of course, up to the point of the actual sex, "ok, I'll come to the hotel room, but we're just gonna talk, okay?"

Yes as part of community service the PO might accept those videos. Quite a few stars end up doing one in their lives, Justin Timberlake being the latest example
Except Nick isn't a star, his channel is dead and his reputation is in tatters. He built his audience LARPing as a lawyer that believed in traditional family values and cared about his kids. His lack of self control and sense revealed him as a guy who can't even sucessfully defend a traffic ticket, a liar with no integrity, and a perverted cuckhold with a limp dick that hates his kids and neglected them to get drunk and high. His only audience are trolls and hate watchers and a few schizos like Still Birth.
This ain't Robert Downey Jr, his channel is dead.
And if this is real (which I doubt) the fact he's still twisting and whining and trying to find anyway he can to let him keep drinking even after he destroyed his and his families lives isn't a good look for the Judge.
no kids tho (and no she doesn't have a fucked up uterus or anything like that)
Yeah I wouldn't be too sure about that, cocaine didn't do Mrs Montana any favors.
Nick Mullen talking about rekieta lol every time you think it can’t be more over for him
Theres only one Mullen I care to hear the opinion of and he has 5 sinks.

I do find the Drug PSA channel hilarious, but no one watches him anymore. We'd just use it to make fun of him at best. But we can already do that.
His audience at this point is "people" like Grifty who are okay with his daughter having access to cocaine because they're so subhuman they do shit like that themselves.

This? It seems he is talking about being a bit (joke) - it´s the first I´m hearing about this but I read it like he was fucking around (joking) with this Egalitarian person - not an op. What do you mean by "planting" the story?

I can't believe all the big talk about how he was going to be vindicated and "hold the Government to account" and when it comes to his moment to stand up and show the world Balldo just drops to his knees and begs for that load.
Bitchmade.
Has there ever been a cuck as limp dicked as Limp Dick Nick?

Balldobrethren, betrayed! We'll always have the memes.
