I'm interested in that Steve guy from Utah, considering he was also part of the reason RG requested a transfer back, what happens if it was a totally made up guy?
Would a "Oh he got cold feet and won't testify anymore" be enough?
Could he be forced to disclose the info about him (even if only to the court) to prove it was not a wholesale lie?
I’m interested in why you’re interested.

I mean, it’s a fair question, but I currently suspect everyone posting in this thread is Russ (as he apparently has an account here). Someone asking for info that might help old ratmouth makes me raise an eyebrow.

Russ is an idiot. Trust him to do the stupidest thing possible, then attempt to excuse it with the stupidest reason possible. All that remains is to see how far the judge will go in tolerating this rubbish.

The only one would know anything about Steve is Greer, so it wouldn't make sense for Greer to ask about him here. Hardin's asking about him because Greer didn't put the witness that he said was a vital reason for moving the case back from FL to UT anywhere in the witness disclosures. If he's a real person then I guess it's possible Greer just forgot about him completely on account of being a retard.

Same thing with wilful/recalicant.
I did notice that but at the same time can you blame him? It's taken four fucking years for the case to get a schedule and now Greer is just willfully saying fuck you to everyone and refusing to follow basic rules.

Hardin already raised the specter of Steve Taylor(Swift) so it's really too late for this to be of any help to the Bamboon at this point of the game.

But as you notice Greer named him in filings as a vital witness located in Utah as the basis for transferring the case back. He's already named. Hardin has the right to subpoena him if he is in fact a real person. If just to impeach Russ's credibility and illustrate his pattern of lying to the court. Russ's continuous failure to produce the witness he has already named is itself evidence of his ongoing bullshit.

Future KF fundraiser idea? I know I'd buy a hard copy of "Why I Sued Taylor Swift: and How I Became Falsely Known as Frivolous, Litigious and Crazy" with a foreword by Null.
Have it be in commentary format. Greer's original text on the left page, and a translation from Retard to English on the right, with an explanation of what actually happened, supported with evidence from Greer's thread.

Jesus, Hardin not pulling any punches here. Though I think he's overdoing it a bit with 'case-ending sanctions', think he mentioned them at least 4 times, feels like he's telling judge what to do too much. Same thing with wilful/recalicant.
That's what a motion is. You're telling the judge what you want the court to do. The court doesn't do what you don't tell it to do. You HAVE to tell the court what it is you want.

We either go full Walmart and devote a huge portion of our resources to fighting off deranged retards, or we don't survive.
What do you mean by this? I haven't heard that Walmart had any sort of unusual policy when it comes to lawsuits. I tried to look it up and can't find anything either? I am interested and want to know more.

The walls are closing in on Russ - the looming threat that he has to litigate the case he brought might be too much for him!

It would be deeply ironic that if he'd just let this case be dismissed originally and not pursued it further, he would've been better off (marginally)

If he's sanctioned and ordered to pay for Hardin's fees, those pro-bono lawyers really fucked him in his rat mouth for getting him that "win" on the 10th circuit and dropping his ass completely.

I just hope Null has already reserved the domain of "PAYNULL.LOL".

I took it to mean be like how Walmart will do anything to stop any collective bargaining since they never wanna let it gain a single foothold in any of their stores.

Walmart gets sued by every arsehole who falls over their own shoelaces. Have a peek at the current list (There's a LOT of pages)

Edit: To give some context to Null's post about a huge portion of their resources.

Well, that wasn't smart, Russ.
