You say emulsifiers, I say plastic lol I will say a lot of Korean dishes actually like to use them for the cheese component like army base stew, and it is tasty. That one has spam in it as well. I am actually kind of fascinated with Korean's love of cheese ( and their obsession with fried chicken)
Fun fact: that stuff was largely because Korea was really fucked after the Korean War and a lot of the remaining food was leftovers from the American forces, which is why so many weird Korean dishes had stuff like Spam and processed cheeses.

So they figured out how to turn weird processed American shit into otherwise traditional Korean dishes.

I can agree that for most purposes they're subpar but they do have their uses, they're the most common cheese for use in a cooked sausage and ground meats because they stay in compact little pieces rather than melting out into the rest of the meat and onto the cooking surface.
That is wildly incorrect. Who told you that? Jack?

Kraft singles are good in grilled cheese sammiches. Fight me.
I actually tried to use them in a grilled cheeese a while back after realizing someone in the house bought a pack. I didn't enjoy it; the cheese melted in such a way that it tasted off compared to the last time I cooked it; the texture was runny and off in a way that made the sandwich actually worse.

It's why I just prefer getting deli american cheese as my emulsifier; it's still fake cheese, but its much more useful for the same role. Oh, and doesn't taste like edible silly putty when cold.

As for the buhrria video; it's just more gastronomic sleaze for Jack to use his dead arm for.

I like to shit post as much as the next person but what you people have said about Kraft singles is over the fucking line. Kraft singles are to cheese as dog shit is to a NY strip.
It's a good melting cheese and it's got enough sodium citrate in it to do a little bit of molecular gastronomy in making a silky smooth cheese sauce.

But no, just shit on the whole idea of American cheese having a legit purpose.

Plastic in the sense of being easily malleable not that it's made of organic polymers like polyethylene, nylon or PVC.

Any place that had / has a strong American military presence seems to have a fascination with Spam. I mean I've never understood the appeal but people like the Okinawans love it.

Back on topic: Jack is fat and absolutly ate that potato
Of course he did. Look at the mound of butter on it.

American and Kraft singles aren't good. But they serve the same purpose as instant ramen. Somedays, I feel great and want to cook. So I cook, and use nice things when I do it. other times I just need something to chew on. So I Quickly slap together a sandwich, put a single inside, and make a really slapdash panini.
You're looking at one of those vulcanizing tire patches and going " A mechanic could do a better job"

I happened upon this on Twitter. What does Jack know that we don't? 🤔🤔

TLDR: hawk tuah woman got involved with scammy ass meme coin people and her memecoin rug pulled and a lot of people lost a lot of money. People are doing a class action lawsuit against her company because of it. Crypto people constantly post llwith like 500 layers of irony and sarcasm and do copypastas a lot so it's often hard to tell what is real and what isn't. Hawk tuah woman has been completely radio silent for more than 10 days (since the rugpull/scam happened) and someone started a rumor that she may have committed suicide.

What I failed to notice is that when they said their "friend" drove past to check they were tagging Jack fucking Scalfani.

Now this is a party cheese salad I would eat, as long as I was in sight of a hospital.

Cheesy potatoes are great and nothing against Rob but I wouldn't eat that.

Just wish he had given more a dig towards Fatty in using shreddy cheese.

You can make silky smooth cheese sauce with plenty of actual cheeses.
You're missing the point. The magic ingredient is "sodium citrate" and I use that all the time. Heat up some milk, add like a tsp of that stuff and let it dissolve then add your shredded cheese to the milk a handful at a time and let it melt. Makes a perfect cheese sauce without the need for making a roux. When adding flour it can make the sauce a little grainy which is what you want to avoid. The sodium citrate also prevents the sauce from breaking or splitting.

Kraft singles have sodium citrate in them. Add a couple of those to your hot milk, then your choice of cheese, and you get the same result. Not everybody has access to sodium citrate. This is a workaround.

It just goes to show the whole meme / shitcoin thing is ridiculous at this point. Dogecoin, the original memecoin, was supposed to show how stupid the whole affair was until people started taking it seriously and making money off of it.
