I suspect that would be unlikely. The entire point of the job requirement in these plea agreements and probation is the statistical evidence that if someone has a job, they are less likely to reoffend and end up back in the system.

If someone did normie streams the real reason not to allow it would be boomerism more than anything, i.e. it's just something weird you're unfamiliar with. After all, if their job really is streaming, you get to see every minute of what they're actually doing, and if being on a regular schedule is part of the deal, you know when, you can do random spot checks without even the intrusiveness of showing up at someone's workplace.

That really isn't the case with Nick though. Can you imagine this faggot actually keeping a schedule? Not showing up obviously drunk? That's about EXACTLY where Nick is and why I qualified it for a specific kind of streaming. I think in general if you could show adequate income and keeping a regular schedule, and be reliable about providing information on it, it would just be another form of self employment.

They'd likely be leery of it or it would be part of a super cushy probation deal, the kind of thing you'd only even consider for a model convict, but it's possible.
