If someone did normie streams the real reason not to allow it would be boomerism more than anything, i.e. it's just something weird you're unfamiliar with. After all, if their job really is streaming, you get to see every minute of what they're actually doing, and if being on a regular schedule is part of the deal, you know when, you can do random spot checks without even the intrusiveness of showing up at someone's workplace.I suspect that would be unlikely. The entire point of the job requirement in these plea agreements and probation is the statistical evidence that if someone has a job, they are less likely to reoffend and end up back in the system.
That really isn't the case with Nick though. Can you imagine this faggot actually keeping a schedule? Not showing up obviously drunk? I imagine any job Nick could get, even one specifically tailored for a complete retard on probation, literally a make work job for a sped like Nick, would require he be tard wrangled nearly constantly, piss tested the instant he walks in the door, and straight to jail if he's so much as late.
That's about EXACTLY where Nick is and why I qualified it for a specific kind of streaming. I think in general if you could show adequate income and keeping a regular schedule, and be reliable about providing information on it, it would just be another form of self employment. This is just my opinion. Think of a situation like BossmanJack being required to get a job for early release, and him claiming gambling streams as a job.
They'd likely be leery of it or it would be part of a super cushy probation deal, the kind of thing you'd only even consider for a model convict, but it's possible. The thing is at the moment I seriously doubt Nick could credibly claim even to be making substantial money from his degenerate coomstreams, and streams about how awesome he thinks he is for being a cuck and a faggot wouldn't cut it.
I think his content alone would disallow it. They've seen what he's done on stream. What he's done on stream is why he's even facing criminal charges right now.
That was cringe beyond belief even at the time, and it is a testament to how fangirlish the thread was, including me, that he wasn't massively called out for such a huge dose of faggotry. It was a sign of things to come, and it took a lot of fucking gall for Nick to be bitching about Vic after using him as a cash cow as much as he did.- The 'come back to me Vic' thing - There was that weird whiny drunken emotional rant about how Vic wasn't being enough of a special friend to Nick. From what I remember, it was all kinda gay.
