The Xeno Games

Finished Xenosaga 3, very much enjoyed that over Xenosaga 2 but I have a hard time easily putting it over Xenosaga 1.
I need to play Saga. I need to play Gears too but Saga sounds like the more interesting one since I've heard Gears suffers from being such a big scope that the game struggles to really get across everything.

Is Xenoblade worth it?
I'd say they're worth it, but they're pretty different to eachother, so you definitely have to be ready for that. A lotta people hated 2 when it came out cause it was so tonally different to 1. And 3 was different again. There's through-lines of course, but they change up quite a lot when compared to other franchises.

I kinda see it as an asset though. The games feel so different that it makes it feel fresh every time.

Also, hopefully when we see the Switch 2, we'll get another Xeno game as a launch or near-launch title again. Monolith always seem to want to make things bigger and crazier and they can only really do that with new hardware. Plus, I want to see how the series goes now that we've concluded the first trilogy in the Xenoblade sub-franchise.

Compared to after 2 when you could maybe guess where the overarching story was going, this time it definitely feels more like nobody has a bloody clue what's happening next.

Saga and Gears both have the same issue where a lot got cut along the way due to some form of mismanagement. Xenosaga was originally going to be a six game epic. They're both amazing games in the series(minus Xenosaga 2) and I ESPECIALLY wouldn't skip out on Xenogears because it's one of the best JRPGs on the PS1.

I was a huge Xenogears and Xenosaga fan, especially Saga. Never played any of the Xenoblade games, and don't know how they compare. I knew they aren't really connected with the others, but always heard they were kinda meh. Is Xenoblade worth it?

I'd kill for an HD rerelease of the Saga trilogy.
I would too. Theres a charm to the Saga series that just grabs me. Played 1 and 2 but never got around to the 3rd. Guess it might be time to emulate it.

So uh...
Whats with troontards thinking that Nia showing that she's a blade to the party is the same as trooning out?
Other than revealing what you are, i just don't get it.
On videos of the scene, i see more people going on about Rex saying "I love all of you guys!" and only like, one comment about NIa being trans.

I might buy X despite already playing it if Nintendo won't ruin it too much. It was one of the more fun open worlds I remember with exploration. Having giant robots is great and not being locked out of biomes was one of the coolest reveals I had.

Early in the game you have a hotsprings scene with Nia joining in the girls and they noticing her Blade/Human hybrid scar.

Troontards, being eternally coombrained, immediately jumped to the idea that she was a trap and all the girls accepted the girldick without raising a fuss unlike literally every anime in existence. Even when the reason is revealed, they still held on to the idea because for them headcanon is more important than objective reality.

Thats it? A girl in a hotspring scene has their scar mentioned and thats enough for troontards to come up with their retarded therories?
Good lord.

Those people are bad enough that simply two characters of the same sex talking is enough to label them as gay and send death threats to the original writer for saying otherwise.

That being said I'm now afraid what troonery localized X will potentially have considering the midgame twist that all the characters are in android bodies.
