It's just as likely those positive reviews, if they actually did exist at any time, were prank reviews and Good Reads recognized that and had them removed.
Or as proved above the only positive reviews were from Russ himself, which Good Reads likely removed because Russ sucking himself off isn’t good or read. It's just as likely those positive reviews, if they actually did exist at any time, were prank reviews and Good Reads recognized that and had them removed. Or, assuming they were real once again, the people who posted those reviews changed their minds and removed them of their own volition (if that's a feature of Good Reads, I don't know).

Well the good thing about the big delay is hopefully it should give Hardin some breathing room to recoup the costs of being fucked around by greers nonsense; since realistically Russtard has nothing to actually pay Hardin back with other than his smelly shitbox car that he lives in.
I know this is clown world and the Hardship needs to provide zealous defense and all but does anyone here really believe this is going to trial? Much less a jury trial? Seriously?I see no issue with him allowing himself the maximum amount of time possible to get all of his ducks in a row if the day in court ever comes. Russ will rue the day he ever tried to fuck with such awell-oiledrelentless and thorough opponent.
So is it safe to assume things like this that get posted here are known to the defense and you/null/hardin don't need to be tagged to point them out? With permission from Mr. Hardin, I am reposting this here:

I'm very surprised that Hardin never brought the following post of Russell's to the judges attention, where he flat out states that the point of the suit is to bankrupt Null:

Russ needs to subpoena Ricky T. It’s the missing link between the Good Reads and the Bad Reviews!
Possible, technically yes. But why would the Judge do that. Russ is the moving party. The Plaintiff. The Judge has much more efficient remedies. Up to and including dismissing Russ's lawsuit and assigning him costs. Russ would actually need to commit some major attempt at fraud on the court to get a Judge pissed off enough to send it over for prosecution. Is there any point where Greer’s actions of willful disregard for orders from the Judge and non compliance with procedure could result in criminal contempt?
I kinda doubt it since Greer will just plead "I'm just fuckin stupid ya hona. I don't know nuffin about the legal system even after paralegal school and being involved in countless lawsuits".Is there any point where Greer’s actions of willful disregard for orders from the Judge and non compliance with procedure could result in criminal contempt?
So to clarify, the only form of harassment that Greer can point to is that one or more five star reviews were removed from goodreads about his book, Why I Sued Taylor Swift: and How I Became Falsely Known as Frivolous, Litigious and Crazy, with comments by Greer on other reviews suggesting that the five star reviews may have been falsified - something that most review places would include in their automatic removal policies. If you look at the Goodreads page for his book and the reviews that ARE there, it becomes apparent that he left himself a 5-star review...which isn't there anymore.

Most likely that was the only one removed. Now I REALLY want to see the (possibly made-up) correspondence between Greer and Goodreads, especially any reply they may have sent him.
Also people emailing him pictures of Hitler. I guess it's possible Greer has sent more to Hardin that we haven't seen, but from Hardin's latest motion it's clear that it's barely any when Greer said he had "a lot" of evidance.
Honestly it will feel like a whole different era when this lawsuit is over
This image will probably be in his next filing.I just want the judge to get a big spike, spear the greer end to end and start roasting a big ugly moebius syndrome turkey roast inside of the courthouse.
is that too much to ask?

He’s citing to this as evidence that his book had some kind of nebulous market value above and beyond being laughed at. Never mind that the number of reviews, or even good reviews, on a book in general, let alone from GoodReads in particular, does not directly translate into sales, and that sales don’t directly translate into dollars. Plus, there’s no proof that any specific person left any particular review, or that any specific bad review was from a farmer, or that any bad review was fraudulent, or that any bad and/or fraudulent review on one site is attributable to A Website, or that any actions outside of A Website can be attributed to Null, or that Null encouraged or incited the bad reviews on A Website or any site, or that any of this, literally any single part, has anything to do with contributory copyright infringement. Complete underpants gnome logic.

Getting a lien against the retard (and ideally getting him finally recognized as the vexatious litigating cocksucker that he is) is worthwhile in itself, pour encourager les autres.I don't think Russ owns a pot to piss in.
