I guess, I'm a bit late to the game but.....
Just a random thought, do we have a Schrödinger's cat situation with the coked out daughter?
Either the junkie is so fucked up that he sedated his daughter with coke or the daughter is so fucked up he had to sedate her with coke.

It's strange that just the psycho daughter got addict level coke metabolites in her hair.
Maybe she even took it herself, kids usually copy their parents. But would you call a drugged out tv zombie and a multiple substance junkie / sex pest parents?

I just cannot fucking divine for what possible reason a human being with a PAID OFF HOUSE would suddenly mortgage the house for cash and not... Invest that mortgaged money in something. In anything. And then NOT making those mortgage payments

Its stupid. Its fucking retarded. Maybe when Nick talks about the Hood he totally came from, he also was revealing he had the hood rich mindset.

Actually stupefied. I cannot comprehend the levels of retardation on display.

ALSO ITS NOT A REVERSE MORTGAGE, YOU CANNOT BE FORECLOSED ON A REVERSE MORTGAGE, YOU WOULD BE THE ONE FORECLOSING ON THE BANK.

Again, you're thinking of it wrong. I said this ages ago but I'll say it again. Trying to use Kayla AND April to sell Aaron on buying the second house was a manipulative cash grab. Mortgaging a paid off house that was owned by his trust was a transparent way to "gimme" grab more money he felt entitled to. Then letting it be foreclosed upon since it's gained so much value, with only 300k owed on it, means they'll get 350-400k back when this is said and done. Yeah, that's right, he stands to profit from this. It's a very quiet, insidious, manipulative attempt to break the family home and dynamic apart. To get more of his mom's money he feels entitled to in his hands now to blow. He gives zero shits about the kids, about Kayla (by the way, doc shopping for your significant other to have them perma-zonked out is a pretty common manipulation and abuse tactic of trophy wives in the upper class), or about April. He cares about getting his permanently limp dick wet, about doing drugs and living life up in a way he feels he was prevented from doing freely prior.

Thank you
From what I can tell from the screen shots it seems like a typical Home Equity Line of Credit loan, but correct me if I'm wrong here. But either way if the borrower ends up losing their house it's kind of the same thing that goes through the same foreclosure process, as far as I know.

It is definitely *like* a HELOC, but it isn't, it is classified as a mortgage. Why a mortgage was chosen over a HELOC, I have no idea, but it somehow made sense to Racket's wet brain.

For foreclosure purposes, in my understanding, HELOCs are mortgages. Any loan contract that you agree to have your house put up for as collateral, assuming the person or entity you enter into the contract with records a mortgage instrument that you've signed, counts as a mortgage.

You may be right about that. I'm not entirely sure.

It's good that I have a practicing broomstick, a slight adjustment to the title of the thread makes wonders for the festive season.

Depending on how many hours he's short (I assume he's done almost none), this isn't a quick fix where he can just pay to get it fixed immediately even though he'll still have to pay for courses to get his hours in if he wants it done even just relatively quickly.
He'll get those hours completed after he finishes the 14 LOCALS stream. It's the 254th of May or so, he still has a few hours left.
You can do it, Skelly!
I remember finishing a school assignment in the last 5 hours and submitting it just before the deadline.
Actually I made that up, I've never submitted an assignment late. :really:

WAIT, IS THE MAIN BALLDO BUNKER IN FORECLOSURE???
(Or did he just not pay a few bills? Or both?)
I think I may have stumbled onto something...

That's Nick & Kayla's address.

I'll need some translation on this, it's not my wheelhouse. It sure sounds like foreclosure.

When I was recently looking at the West Central Tribune for information on Jim Felt (my prior post), I found this, kept it open on my laptop, and only just looked closely.

If I recall correctly, Dax has a BS in CS from UCLA, and some experience in the field.
He's also correct about the absence of a gap in talent. Whites and Asians are much smarter in CS than Indians, on average. It's just that there are so many of them, and white Americans are sadly decadent when it comes to choosing fields of study.

Edit: I'm sure it's all in his thread which I'm too lazy to dig up, but a quick LinkedIn search brings up Caltech (even better) instead of UCLA. Could swear he bragged about attending UCLA, though. Why you would do that when you have Caltech creds, I don't know.

Most of the work these days doesn't require "smart" or "talent". It requires disposable drones and India produces enormous quantities of exactly what is needed to fill the need. Its also often not a great field of study anymore if you can't find a path after graduation into one of about six companies. If the work wasn't done by Indians with H1Bs in the US, it would be done by Indians in India.

Dax *went* to Caltech, but doesn't seem to have graduated from Caltech. There is a resume floating around that has him getting around a 2.7 GPA while he was there and taking alot of CS courses. He then ended up as a drone-ish Microsoft Visual Studio software developer at a company that made file encryption software for windows until he likely walked away entirely from the field.

What his resume says to me is that while he did well to get admitted to Caltech, he didn't do all that well once he got there and probably walked away to "make money" at what in retrospect was a job with no future.

Well the superchats dried up, so I guess so did the checking account.
This is something I’ve been thinking about for quite a while.

Everyone assumes Nick is extremely rich due to his successful live streaming. I remember thinking about it and realizing that yes, he’s had one or two huge cases that brought him a lot of money (he admitted to making I think 56,000 in one night), but those were a big big super shows.
I don’t really know how much he made his da- to-day. Especially when he was getting lazy and lazier with his live streaming schedule.
I really think he did get some wind falls, but because he didn’t maintain it, he probably was never that rich really. Especially since he went on spending all that money like an absolute nigger and bought a second cuck shack, lavish vacations to black bull ranches 🇯🇲, slandering people and getting 2k per hour lawyers to… not really help his case, and totes not midlife crisis super charged ford mustang.

I’m fucking floored that he some how is close to losing a house that was fucking paid for with generational oil money wealth. Like lmao even.
:story:

Do they? I've always thought Nick was maybe worth 1.5 maybe 2m at most & if there's a trust fund I assumed there were always strings, hence why he didn't go full wild ape mode till he had independent wealth. And what's 2m if you can't maintain a comparable income? 500k for the house, probably more than 150k in by now, 150k between vehicles, how many tens of thousands on drugs, "art", liquor, whores, "lifestyle" vacations, etc? 3k a month on SNAX? bro. Shit burns quick when you're a complete retard. If he was rich he wouldn't have speeding tickets fucking up his license. Not shit to do out there but drive, especially if you hate your wife and kids. Drunky has been broke for a while.

It occurred to me if Nick couldn’t be bothered to pay petty things like mortgages, court fines, law license fees, etc….then he probably owes a fuckload to the IRS.

Does anyone think Nick actually paid income and state tax on his YT and rumble earnings the past two years? His dad had to pay the property taxes on the love shack this year.

Hate to quote myself, but in one month, the home depreciated by +$50k. ONE MONTH. His fucking mustang didn't even depreciate that much in a month, and those things depreciate by the mile, and with the amount he was driving (see traffic tickets, driving in snow, and estimated drug runs/mileage to Minneapolis), Jesus fuck.
This is just in reference to the market, not anything to do specifically with the condition of his house. If you check other homes in that price range they're probably all down that 1.7%.

Now if the bank gets an appraisal that would be another story.
