Fat Niggas discover eating in moderation, Hemorrhage weight because their base metabolism is that of a squealing rage hog, and immediately become experts in the hidden art of shit your ancestors had to actively try not to do always at all times by accident.
If you'd actually had to hard budget (Psst... mine is 1800 a day) you'd know 450 calories a day is literally the "bread that makes you fat" meme. Like if you aren't losing weight, that's literally it.
Like Nigga that is two krispy kreme doughnuts and a glass of whole milk. That is my breakfast tomorrow. Why are fat niggas like this?
I used to be fat throughout my childhood due to taking meds for severe OCD I ended up developing. Before that I was thin like a stick, but afterwards I peaked at 105kg and a BMI of 32.4. In 2021 I went to a different psychiatrist that started gradually prescribing me smaller and smaller doses until I was med free by 2022. My OCD didn't worsen, but also my appetite has decreased significantly, and I started to eat less. Within six months I lost 30kg and now I stand at 73kg and a BMI of 22.5.
You wanna know why Ozempic is such a miracle weight loss drug? It makes you nauseous at the thought of food, kills your appetite, so you eat less. That's all there is to weight loss, just eat less. That's it. With time your stomach will naturally shrink, your daily cravings will decrease, and you won't have a need to eat as much.
However, if I were to give advice on weight loss,
which obviously isn't directed to Null since he has me on ignore, I'd recommend not doing any calorie counting or strict dieting. Just start taking photos of everything you eat throughout the day. Before you put something in your mouth, take a photo first. After a week, sort these photos by the day they were taken. Then by the end of every week, review them, notice any patterns of what you eat daily, and if you can let go of eating something, or eat smaller portions of it, do. If you can make a simple change in what you cook, do. Then take those food pics for the next week and do the same Sunday summary, rinse and repeat.
All you need to do to lose weight is to eat less. Calorie counting and strict dieting does that, but it takes too much effort, which is why people fail them. But taking photos of what you eat daily takes zero effort, and it becomes a powerful tool in your weight loss journey. You can see how much you're eating, and you can make a much easier decision on how to eat less. You're not aiming for nutrition or calorie count, you're aiming for seeing less food in those daily photos. Since you won't be making it hard for yourself to eat less now, you'll soon start seeing less food in those photos, and it'll signal to you that you are making progress without making a sacrifice, it'll create a positive feedback loop and you'll cut down your calorie intake, and by extent lose weight with zero effort.
how does Anyone start smoking?
That's a very good question, why does anyone smoke in the first place? What benefit does it bring to their lives? Or perhaps there is not, it's all been constructed, and if people suddenly stopped smoking, they'd be able to socialize and destress completely fine without them, because the value of the cigarette is only the one they've conjured in their mind?
But why do they do it? Because it's "cool". Because it's "social". Because all the cool movie stars do it. Because if everyone else does it, then surely there's something valuable in it for me to try. Completely made up reasoning for locking yourself in an addiction that only serves to ruin you. Addictions are always a result of psychology, and are sustained because of it. Every reason an addict will give for why they use is nonsensical when deconstructed.
Exactly. There's a reason nicotine is so common in the military. It increases focus and attentiveness, lowers stress, deals with boredom, allows for more sociability, etc. No smoker will ever tell you its without downsides or that its actually healthy, but some non-smokers will act like its got zero positive effects whatsoever.
Riiiight...
-You know what also increases focus and attentiveness? Caffeine, a much healthier substance addiction than nicotine, with less severe side effects. Just look at modern military rations, you no longer see cigarettes in them, but you do see caffeine supplements. There is a very good reason for that change.
-Tons of people don't rely on substances to relive boredom, be it by meditating, exercising, playing cards, reading a book, keeping their mind busy some other way. Is substance abuse the only way you can deal with boredom? Why do you believe nicotine is necessary for you to relieve boredom? Are you incapable of relieving it any other way?
-How exactly do cigarettes make you more sociable? Ask yourself. Are they necessary for social interactions? What is their benefit to them? Is it an actual benefit or if you've taken cigarettes away from social interactions, nothing would really change in how you interact with people?
Read Allen Carr's "Easy Way To Stop Smoking" and The Freedom Model. Even if you're not a smoker or if you don't want to commit to ditching your addiction for good just yet.
