The Zillow listing for the main balldo bunker, or “the big house” as @Potentially Criminal likes to call it, is now listed with status of “🔴Auction.” All the pictures of the interior have been replaced with one picture of the driveway.

For reference and comparison, here is the last archived version of the balldo bunker’s Zillow page (May 30th).

This listing is related to a listing for the property on Auction.com, which has more details about the auction date, time, place, etc.

Did they seize his computer? Is that why he did the shitty voice only join on the memorial show?
Before he said he was in his karaoke room, when asked why he didn't have his camera, he said "we're not going to talk about it." A strange way to make an entrance.

It's a hostile conference. Married couples under law are One Person, legally, in matters where both are implicated. For example, under US Law, the Wife is constitutionally barred from testifying against her husband under the 5th amendment because she is legally bound to him by marriage and holds a sacred position akin to a priest. Consider you, the woman, have your husband confess to a crime to you. Imagine the position this puts you in. Do you report your own husband? This right can only be waived by affirmative consent. It cannot be pierced by any Subpoena or order of the court.

So the fact that husband and wife now not only have separate attorneys but now separate conferences with the State means the marriage shield is no longer in play.
No, it's not a 5th Amendment issue in state matters (and in Federal matters, it's a matter of common law, so also not constitutional). Marital/ spousal privileges vary by state as well as by flavor, and have some nuances. It's been explained several times.
smaller private lenders to which the federal loss mitigation requirements simply do not apply,
OK, sure, if they have fewer than 5000 mortgages they're exempt from some requirements. But small servicers are still bound to the requirements I referenced about about when they can foreclose. 1024.41(j).

Moreover, they're an investment advisory firm. There must have been a prior relationship and so would want to work it out. And even if not, they're a legit firm and not going to give no notice whatsoever. This isn't predatory ghetto lending with unsophisticated borrowers, and they're not going to go balls-out with no notice whatsoever, nor would they want to be in litigation about it.

And in any case, 100% sure the terms of the loan said "if you don't pay your mortgage for a year, we may foreclose."

As for "its not an injunction; the only relief is money damages," you're mixing concepts, and there's a gap between regulations/ requirements and litigation. If you think some money management firm is going to push the envelope and cross their fingers on favorable litigation when they are not even in the business of mortgage loans and this is is a penny-ante loan, I'm not sure what to tell you, other than that if they took that route it would be out of negligence or spite.

Nick had notice, and he either "didn't get it" bc he's not tcb at all, or did and said fuck you, idc.

From my understanding he can get the house back up to six months after auction, but what happens if the house auctions for say, 800k? Does he need to cough up 800k to save it, or just the original amount owed plus fees?

For what it’s worth I don’t think it’ll get auctioned, I’m just curious.

He has no charisma, he never did. He’s not funny and never was. All he ever had was a facade of being a wholesome Christian father with legal experience who wasn’t afraid to talk about edgy internet topics.
The only part that wasn’t a lie was the willingness to talk about edgy topics part. His audience was non-existent and there’s no way he will ever make even a splash again outside of the bodycam footage being released and/or him going to prison
Saying Nick has no charisma is ridiculous. If he really didn't, he wouldn't have had the level of influence he did up until it became obvious he was spiraling down (2022). He went from a failure of a lawyer to the top Youtube lawyer because even if he didn't know the law, he was great at projecting an image, knew when to smile, and made the right jokes about the right people. People like that. People want to believe. If he weren't so edgy, then he would've been a politician. For an actual party, I don't mean the time the Minnesota Libertarian Party tried to get him to run for office.
After all, it stems not from rekietas issue per se, but from the Imholte issue. And goes the crux of the issue as to whether or not rekieta unlawfully accessed a computer network (GMAIL) in order to influence an ongoing criminal trial.

This is super mega illegal. At federal pound me in the ass prison levels and state taken out back behind the court house and shot, and then handing your dead body to the Feds level.
Correct, it's so bad that what Nick did is one of the few conceivable ways to he could get disbarred in Minnesota. Minnesota is incredibly lenient about disbarring lawyers (they like lengthy suspensions more), but illegally accessing a computer to commit witness intimidation by breaching attorney-client privilege in a separate case involving said witness is possibly something that might do it. That's downright impressive that Nick has nearly turned what could possibly have not even led to a felony conviction into potentially two felony convictions, prison time, and a disbarment. If there's anyone who could get the death penalty reinstated in Minnesota, it's Nick Rekieta.

Lmao they can't have the pictures anymore because that would be false advertising of the drug den you'll be buying.

I have a theory that Nick can't stay still. Drug or alcohol related. It's why he does the stand up streams, which never made any sense at all. How else do you explain how someone with an expensive studio streams from a random part of their house?

He sounded intoxicated on that clip.

From what null and potentially criminal said Nick has to pay original mortgage plus fees and person that won auction will get his/her money back.

I would like to know what would happen if nobody is interested in Balldoshack and it will not sell.

I am literally 50 pages behind on this thread but Keemstar is streaming on Lolcow Live and just stated he's going to be addressing the question of "whether Nick Rekieta is about to be homeless" tonight. As far as I know, he's never even mentioned Nick before, but he's nevertheless bringing his fat retard coterie to feast on the slim pickings of Nick's gangly corpse live on air to roughly 5,000 viewers.

Just to think that if he never started making videos, never kicked off an internet career and just stick with doing minor law cases and living off the trust with his wife and kids how much better his life would be.
Assuming that for the rest of his life he'd never get out of his home in bumfuck nowhere Minnesota. If not, he'd crash and burn regardless as the Sonichu behelit would find him one way or another. Either he'd get into Adderall after building tolerance for Provigil and seek stronger highs, start an affair with a stripper or something else. He's the type to actively seek those kinds of experiences.

Not saying you're wrong, but there are other possibilities:
- He was telling the truth when he said (IIRC) that he repurposed some of his equipment for karaoke, then was too lazy to put it back.
- Something stopped working and he can't be bothered to fix it.
- One of the unstable adults in the house smashed up the studio in a fit of rage.

Current faceless streaming is obviously because he doesn't want to create video evidence of being sloshed shortly before the plea gets finalized.
