Yeah, this points to something that always bothered me: the assumption in this thread that he had a "live-in" nanny. Not sure if that was just something PPP or somebody else said that just stuck, but do we have actual proof she was truly "live-in"?
If she was, that means:
-Cuck Cave- 1 bedroom
-Nanny- 1 bedroom
-5 kids- 2 bedrooms. I would assume that the 16 year old had his own room, meaning one room for the remaining four, which seems insane to me, even for Nick, especially when that would have been the situation even before he started his love affair with la cocaina. Is that really what the assumption is when people say "live-in" nanny, five kids in two rooms?
Sorry if this has been beaten to death already but I find this thread difficult to keep up with, even with highlights as I haven't had much time for Kiwi stuff lately. And to this day, people keep saying "live-in" nanny like it is a known fact? It seems to me, though, that she was more of a driver than a real nanny? Why pay for a live-in nanny who doesn't clean shit? You don't need to give them free room and board PLUS salary to get someone to schlep your kids around.
Our Husband gives me a headache with this bullshit.
You sent me into something of an austistic home and nanny analysis...
Was Chaney a live-in? I don't think so but that's based on Nick's words, so...
The confusion originates with LEO documents and the Pastor. This is from the Incident Report:

(I underlined the years working bc it may have been longer than is generally assumed.)
Having said that, Nick denies that Chaney was a live-in. That's supported by several streams in which he referenced her arriving in the mornings.
As for the rooms, referencing the
pre-Balldo Zillow pics featured in this post....
Who was where? There's a point to this, promise.
I was always under the impression that all 5 kids were on the lower level with his studio based on his statements. (I often wondered if they could hear him screaming epithets.)
So, that would be these rooms. Note the trees. Definitely ground-level with the studio.

Your question made me look more closely at the 3rd kids' bedroom. I'm assuming this is the room, furnished as an office (with the daybed) in the Zillow pics. This does NOT appear to be on the lower level. Again, note the trees. This room is far more elevated than the others:
So where in the house is this 3rd kids' bedroom? It's likely to be on the main level near the Den of Debauchery.
First, there's the hallway that we know Kayla and April emerged from as per the cops.
Is the 3rd kids' bedroom next to the master? Please, God, say no.

Or, is it off the entry? Doubt it. This strikes me as doors to a 1/2 bath/powder room and an entry closet:

Or, were the realtors in 2018 over-inflating the listing by saying the house was a 4 bedroom and claiming that the sunroom is a bedroom (we've seen Nick stream from this room). It's on the opposite side of the master with the living room in between.
Why does this matter?
1. IF a bothersome child with night terrors who later tested positive was separated from her sibs to the main floor, she'd have ready access to the kitchen, living room, and master where the cocaine was used.
2. IF the eldest was granted an upstairs room of his own (a common privilege for the oldest) he likely knows much more than he's let on.
3. Is this the reason Nick does not want the bodycam publicized?
Disclaimer: All of the kids could have been on the lower level if the 3 girls were sharing one room and the 2 boys were in the other. This seems very tight - the rooms do not seem large. There is also a large family area on that level with a couch.
An important note from the screenshots I used from the Incident Report.
It's from the Farms and is a more DETAILED version of what was publicly posted (though they are very similar). If you trace this post, it goes back to a show MELTON was on. How TF was he getting access to more detailed docs on or around May 29, 2023?! Can someone fill me in?
Another interesting tid bit from that document is this: Apparently, we DO know who the renters were in the second home:
I haven't done a deep dive but there is, indeed a Jessica Hatfield in Spicer.

So, that's nice. Nick kicked out a seemingly single mom for his drugged-out whore.
