For example, by having the "boy" mount and dry hump the "girl" to try and hammer home the idea that he was a she.
The first "transgender" detransitioned the second he could get away from that sick fuck, who was never punished for what he did. Both boys then killed themselves over the trauma of what he did to them.
(Fun fact, Dr. Money was also heavily into the "trans-abled" movement. In another timeline to the left or right of ours, we have to shove braille and wheelchair access ramps on everything because a bunch of hipster zoomer chicks demand we pretend that they're blind and unable to walk, all while parents are told if they don't let a surgeon cut their children's working eyes out and legs off, they're being ablephillic.)
The real thing is the homosexual lobby and more importantly the progressive, neo-marxist movement NEEEEEEEEEEEDS an oppressed underclass to "fight for." Or more specifically, to use as a wedge to break society over. With Gay Marriage, the homosexuals got everything they wanted, outside of the ability to openly molest children, but there was an understanding this would never be acceptable so they were content. But one key thing you're missing is the existence of the "Trans Borg." As in, "your gender issues will be assimilated." Yes, "cross dressers" hated "transsexuals" but that's because original Transsexuals were people with Chronic Gender Identity Disorder. They were mentally ill and due to the subversion and destruction of mental health industry in the West, the only treatment available if they just would not get over their delusion is to play into it. "Transitioning," as it were. This was only done after every other option was exhausted and it was only done to save their lives, due to the vastly high suicide rate in these mentally ill people. (Spoiler: Transitioning doesn't lower the suicide rate and a basic bitch anti-psychotic med cures gender identity disorder, but again, subverted and destroyed mental health industry.)
But Cross-Dressers, men with Autogynephilia, the fetish for "being a woman," weren't mentally ill, they just got off on it. So obviously they weren't to keen on the "I just want to be left alone this is literally the only way I can stop wanting to kill myself you sick fucks" types.
At some point, once the T had been added to the LGB, they decided to just toss every single gender issue possible, no matter how stupid or fringe or misunderstood, just to maximize the amount of oppression. This is in part because they're using it to damage western culture (it's a wedge issue), in part because they're mentally ill activists, in part because they wanted to maximize how much activism they could perform. So you had the original (actual) transsexuals who are being underserved and intentionally ignored (they're called "Medical Fundamentalists" now and told to shut the fuck up or they'll be thrown out of the trans club), the AGP freaks, the open pedophiles hoping for more twinks, the child-hating communist types who are openly getting off on the idea of tricking parents into mutilating their children, the hipster political trannies which includes the "fluid" types, et cetera et cetera.
It's one of those "luxury belief" things. Ain't no trannies in WW1 foxholes. Once our economy collapses (literally any time now) this all comes to an end because we'll be too busy trying to rebuild our manufacturing industry, forcing wetbacks sandniggers and jeets out, and putting down muslim and nigger wannabe warlords to put up with Jim in Accounting wanting to wear a princess tutu and be called "Sally" or else.

It won't happen because the far left represents the core values of the center left in their purest form. That's why the Great Awokening took ever the entire left. When you have a religious revival, a radical preacher calls on nominal believers to be true to their stated faith. That's what this was. They might make the far left shut up for a while, but in order to actually eject them from the party, they have to adopt a new ideology with a whole new orientation.

You have it completely wrong. Gays not only had "transsexuals" in the movement at the beginning, but pedophiles as well. Both were sidelined for a while to make the movement more palatable to normies.
The "T" is inseparable from both the LGB movement and from radical feminism, because both are grounded in that whole Frankfurt school way of thinking that says all differences between groups of people are mere social constructs built to oppress people, and must therefore be reconstructed to achieve equality. Troonism takes feminism's insistence that dress codes, social gender roles, sex-segregated spaces, and so on are oppressive social constructs, tosses in the gay movement's insistence that paraphilias are central to our identity, and created a movement that no liberal can actually argue against.
