He didnt need to pay as he posessed the ability to recoup those owed costs via award or sanction (which we are here) as earlier cited in response to the debtor exam.

Are we able to garnish rusty's sweet disability cheques if he is a recipient?
Russ isn't on disability. He works part-time blue collar jobs and probably DoorDash.

I don't understand what you mean. I was saying hardin was smart by being cagey about if the 255$ was paid or not because it caused rusty to ask for a debtors exam and asking for the debtors exam made rusty look bad in the courts eyes.

Can you garnish 1099-MISC income?

It has been speculated before in this thread that Russ might have someone, or multiple someones trying to help him, giving him advice on what points to raise in his motions and what kind of motions to file.

Do you think maybe Russ has trolls pretending to be allies, giving him bad advice for the lulz?
it's possible that they are giving him genuinely good advice, based on the version of events he told them.

But I think one of the reasons why the Judges have let it go on this long is because they are genuinely baffled that Greer keeps digging deeper. It's unprecedented for a litigant to have so clearly have no case but continue to waste everyone's time as if he has one, solely racking up penalty fees. At best the judge thinks Greer may eventually reveal information that provide grounds for a case, but it's pretty clear that won't happen now

Russ has read Trump's book, "The Art of the Deal" and he is going to make an offer to Hardin along the lines of "How about we forget the costs the Defendant has incurred and you let me live at your house"

Probably not. But how much are you willing to bet on Russhole trying to "wheel and deal" by offering to "forget the $225 defendants OWE him", if they're willing to drop the financial sanctions? That is actually something I could see Shit-Lips actually trying to pull, as if that measly $225 is in any way comparable to the literally THOUSANDS of dollars Hardin has racked up due to Russhole's bullshit shenanigans.

You can garnish all sorts of income. Easiest when you cant garnish employer wages is to garnish deposits into bank accounts. All the gig apps like DoorDash pays direct deposit.
DoorDash driver income generally isn't garnishable, as the drivers are treated as contractors rather than employees, you'd have to figure out where he banks and garnish his accounts.

Is there some point where Null could ask the court to go full Alex Jones on Greer and make him auction off his assets? After all Greer has claimed his music is worth a lot of money and he has published a book to which the rights could be sold as well. I don't think the right's any of Greer's intellectual property are worth much, but a few Kiwis might bid each other up a little just for the bragging rights have collecting a retard scalp. There're so many interesting prospects to a debt-hell arc for Russ.

Whoever wins it would have a moral obligation to immediately release it into the public domain for all to use as they see fit.

No. Never. Disability is 100% off limits.

The things I know they can't touch are disability and social security retirement.

This all calls for celebration. And what could be a better way to celebrate than a parody of Nick Lutsko's Indie Folk Song (aka the Infowars Song)

I'm angry
I've had enough of this Hardin
He's a fucking sanctions-threatening scum that runs his own law office
Defending Null from lolsuits
And running the legal fund
What more do you need to know about Matt Hardin
Women should all take my cum
He literally asked me to produce docs
He drives in an RV
And he emails me saying "Hi Mr. Greer, can we meet and confer"
I have him on video

Russell is into creepy weird sick stuff man
He lives out of his car because he has been evicted 'cause he spent the rent money to get head
Russell Greer number one is ugly
Imagine how bad he smells man
I'm told him and Elliott both stink
Russell and Elliott Fong both smell of coomstains

Literal gimpy-lipped balding whorefuckers
Are asking whores to suck them their penis
My spirit gets close to that evil and it goes
AAAAH AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

We're such Kiwi autists
We're all glad that Magistrate Judge Jared Bennett sanctioned Russ
Losing all his whore money - he's in a major bind
And he's so pissed
He's gonna talk his brothel before lunch
(OH! OOOH! OOOOOOOOOOOOOH!)
He's gonna stalk more whores on X
(OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!)
He's gonna make nuisance motions
And then the Dear Feeder is gonna say
"I fucking hate Russell, I love Matt Hardin, oh he's so good, oh he's so sweet"

Whew. I take a few days off to lurk the LA Fires and look what happened...

My question: Due to Greer's inability to proceed with Discovery, and the Court Sanction levied, is this over?
Is this kicked to another jurisdiction or Court ?
or
Does the Court proceed without discovery?

Sorry for my lack of knowledge - if any answers or discussion would jeopardize the case, please say so.

What happens next will be a deluge of plights that don't matter a single iota. The entirety of human despair will be incomparable to what he is about to unleash from the plight pit. Pandora unleashed all but two things from the box. Hope, and Plights.

And now, for Greer, Hope has fled.

Probably been discussed before, but it's worth mentioning again. Russ's fixation on getting this $225 payment right now is a real tell on his true financial situation.

20+ years ago $225 was a minor, but not insignificant chunk of change. Today, that's two trips to the grocery store and a run through the local fast-food drive through. It's chump change, and he's desperate for it.

Russ is dead broke, friendless, and now in what looks to become deep, inescapable debt. The pressure on him with this ruling must be enormous.

Do not let up.

Just a friendly reminder to our frens here who may not be as familiar with Our Pet Sagcow Russell, he does not receive any kind of welfare or disability payments. Not every retard receives TardBux. In fact, what may be Shit-Lips singular admirable quality, he has always worked to earn a living. He's not a welfare sponge, and he's not a beggar.

That's cute and all until you realize that he lived a subsistent existence with help from mom and dad, saving up penny he could so that he could pretend he had a girlfriend for a few hours, and several times he didn't even fuck the hooker, or sending it to Fiverbros to make some Chechenia hooker model for his shitty music videos . A retard and his money are soon parted, and when dad cut him off, all of a sudden those proud announcements about bedding a whore or a brand new video that is sure to make X CELEBRITY GOES HERE fall in love with his boyish charm dried up faster than a 98 year old cooch that's been in the desert for a week.

New poll please:

How much monetary damage will Greer have to pay?
  • $0 - $2,500
  • $2,501 - $7,500
  • $7,501 - $15,000
  • $15,001 - $30,000
  • $30,001 - $50,000
  • Above $50,000
Feel free to modify the ranges so they make more sense :semperfidelis:
I'm going to guess, and it's a totally wild guess, that Hardin will not go for anything outrageous, maybe between $10-15K, but will get in the second range. I think around $5K. I think anything below $2,500 is a pure slap on the wrist, but even that won't be fun for Russ.

I think anything over $10K will signify the judge is in fact getting serious.

The best way to avoid taking a haircut on fees is to document everything: 12 minutes for answering this email, 2 hours for research on this motion, another 3 to draft it, 3 grand for a PI to track these two witnesses down, maybe more for tracking down the apparently imaginary "Steve Taylor" or whatever, $500 for Westlaw searches on such and such a day for such and such a motion.

What should be avoided is just saying 50 hours of research for whatever.
It's unprecedented for a litigant to have so clearly have no case but continue to waste everyone's time as if he has one, solely racking up penalty fees.
It's vastly precedented. There are vexatious litigants who have racked up hundreds and even thousands of completely unmeritorious cases. Russ is an amateur by vexatious litigant standards.
