This can’t be as bad as when Taylor Swift rejected him.

if theres a chance for hardin to get paid by russ instead of the lolsuit fund, its best to get it from russ. that said, revenge can always backfire with unforseen consequences. temperance is a good play.Of course Russ doesn't have the money. This will cause a few things. One is it presents an encouragement for Russel to wish to settle the matter to make those fees disapear.
He did have to pay legal fees in some of those lawsuits. This can’t be as bad as when Taylor Swift rejected him.
If Null monetizes a video of that he could fund pizza day for decades. It'd be quite a sight to see the unclosable mouth attempt a blowjob as well.Null has already stated he is not interested in any form of settlement. Russell could offer him a total dismissal, every single cent and asset he owns in the world, a crying videotaped apology in a ballerina's tutu and a slobbery gimpfaced rimjob, and Null would still tell him to go fuck himself because he doesn't want the case record to end with 'settled' and encourage other retards to sue him.
You should be shot for putting that image in my head.If Null monetizes a video of that he could fund pizza day for decades. It'd be quite a sight to see the unclosable mouth attempt a blowjob as well.
Maybe, but I think the reason for the sudden demand is because he actually does want out of this case. Hardin started filing motions, the judge is no longer in his favor, and Russ recognizes he's in over his head. The main things he cared about, harassment and defmation, are dropped, and he can't weasel them back in. His bluff about witnesses got called and blew up in his face. He can't sit on his couch and comfortably type up bullshit briefs, he's stuck scrambling through emails on his phone in his car in between DoorDash orders. It's just not fun and exciting any more.Probably been discussed before, but it's worth mentioning again. Russ's fixation on getting this $225 payment right now is a real tell on his true financial situation.
It's whatever is best for Null and KF a website. Just ending this cleanly in a way that drippy cannot appeal and with him surrendering all claims real or imagined going forward, just for the costs null has been willing and able to pay is a reasonable decision. Especially given the costs and efforts that will be required to collect. We should not be upset if there is a settlement to nulls advantage.if theres a chance for hardin to get paid by russ instead of the lolsuit fund, its best to get it from russ. that said, revenge can always backfire with unforseen consequences. temperance is a good play.
No quarter for people who sue the Farms. Even the most reasonable settlement offer has to be weighed against the deterrent factor of heads on pikes, which can only happen with a Total Kiwi Victory via public judicial order and judgment saying they were wrong and we were right and we win. It's whatever is best for Null and KF a website. Russ having to pay Hardin destroys part of that precious little narrative. The complete destruction has to come from the judge tossing the case, which he is infuriatingly unwilling to do.

Tell that to Judge Jared "Trial Or Bust" Bennett.Almost no civil cases go to trial. Also trials are expensive and Greers case isn't worth a trial.
I refer you to the fun and amusement that is the PayQuasi story, as it's basically exactly the same thing. Patrick fucked up discovery so hard that Quasi was awarded costs and fees ($34k) and then refused to pay or admit it existed, so Quasi had to hire lawyers to do all the shit necessary to domesticate the debt in Wisconsin, and finally got it pushed up Rick's fat ass (at which point it was $83k and change). So the judge decided Hardin should get some money from Greer. Hardin tells Greer how much, and if he wasn't recalcitrant and willful, he'd just write Hardin a check, or I guess they come up with a payment schedule. If Greer doesn't cough up the dough, Hardin has to tell the court and give them a list of what he is owed, and then I presume the court tells Greer to pay up. What happens if he doesn't, then? In my country there are judicial enforcement officers (bailiffs?) who can show up and get your money or your stuff, which is then auctioned, in order to satisfy your debts. Does that exist in the states? Or does Hardin just sell the debt to some russian guys, who are usually way better at convincing people to pay up?
Almost no civil cases go to trial because they settle. If they make it past motions to dismiss at the outset and motions for summary judgment at the close of discovery, that finding of some merit means that defendants are at risk of getting adverse judgments. Most defendants will pussy out at that stage, get scared of the time and expense of going to trial, weigh the real risk of losing and the damage model being used, and decide it’s better to write a check for an amount certain than gamble on that uncertainty, no matter how confident they are. Also, the defendants themselves aren’t writing the checks, mostly it’s corporate insurance, and insurance is notoriously risk-averse.Almost no civil cases go to trial. Null is going to write a book. "Why Russell Greer Sued Me: and How I Became Falsely Known as Mean, a Website and a Hardship."Y'know, when the case is finally over and done I really really want null to talk about all of it. Like an entire full comprehensive story with every detail he has had to be vague on non confrontational on fully discussed. Maybe even it's own stream.
I think this is what Russ was intending to do with his request for a debtor's exam.Is there some point where Null could ask the court to go full Alex Jones on Greer and make him auction off his assets?
