I can't believe we didn't get a fresh new filing this morning. We know he can't possibly be coming to his senses (because he has none), so I'm forced to assume he's hatching some new sort of gotcha scheme.
It's much simpler than that. There's no deadline because Hardin is supposed to contact him so there's nothing for him to do. You might say he should be panicking about the incoming 5-figure sanction but he's a retard. Costs, to him, are $255. The impeding plightalwave is either going to be after Hardin suggests $13k in fees next week or (imo more likely) once the court agrees to Hardin's reasonable fees. He files motions to undo things not object to things remember.

Maybe he did realize he can just sue the judge, and that'll immediately halt all proceedings including already-ruled-upon sanctions.
You're joking but there is actually something similar he could do. It's called an interlocutory appeal which basically pauses the case and brings in the appellate court. We know the 10th circuit is in his corner and since it pauses the case it also pauses the sanctions. Thankfully that's something you can only do when you're paying big bucks for people like Randazza.

Edit:
Greer's not happy.
Okay so Hardin is a busy beaver and sent rusty his suggested costs today instead of next week. I guess I shouldn't have expected the hardship to be a lazybones. Pirate Roach is a banger btw.
