From sheer weight of numbers, you're going to have some who lost family members while in jail, whose wives left them, who lost houses, who missed their kids graduating or getting married. They all lost their careers. Some of those subset of people whose lives were ruined by this miscarriage of justice are going to want revenge, and they now have literally nothing left to lose.
