There's a market demand for a gamedev-flavored e-daddy steamer, probably because most game devs don't have the social skills to host a stream or are too busy actually making games. It's wide open for a conman like Jason to comfortably slot in with consistently little competition.
I did a quick search. Searching for "Teenqueen discord" gets me discord server list websites, nothing substantial. I then searched for just "Teenqueen" and apparently it's a multitude of things. An aesthetic, 1950s American girl group, 1990s Australian girl group, and has been defined on Urban Dictionary 1 time, supporting the idea of it being an aesthetic. So, I have no clue what it's referring to.

Sorry for being almost a week late to this and jumping like 20 pages but in case no one pointed it out yet, that stretching is part of his tell when he's lying. If you go back to look at some of his blatant lies, he does it very consistently whenever he's done spinning a lie on the fly. If you pay attention to his bodily movement, he doesn't move much whenever he is crafting a lie and then stretches after he's done. He must have taken the time to see studies or just youtube clips explaining that body language can easily expose liars, so he intentionally limits his body movement as much as possible to prevent it from telling on him.
