based stepdadThe kids´ stepfather threatened Melton.
Ashley didn´t claim abuse, there was one message about him pressing his head against April which people later claimed it was a headbutt. It's in a restraining order from his first wife
That is the same oneYou mean the one that was issued because April talked about murdering her live on air?
He might not really hate Aaron but he pretty obviously wants to fuck his kids. So, melton doesn't hate aaron, and if he ever displays any anger towards aaron, it's all Kayfabe, BROTHER!!!!
Rat Dad: just doesn’t know where he went wrong with you Austin.Stepdad: stands up for kids
Real Dad: goes to FUCKING AL-ANON because he was married to a coke whore for like 3 years
Rat Dad install the door anxiously awaiting for the Bossman return and gets slapped the fuck around. Sad.Rat Dad: just doesn’t know where he went wrong with you Austin.
Disappointed but not surprised that Aaron was boring this morning. His team (the Vikings) had a great
It was my understanding that Melton’s hatred for Aaron precedes the time of the Qover. Or no?I am primarily invested in Balldo and Melton suffering, on principle.
Nick could have just stopped being a faggot, but he had to hire Melton by paypigging for him to harass and intimidate Aaron, even using his minor daughter to do it.
I don't really care if Aaron gets away with the picture he sent to Geno, but it would make Nick absolutely fucking mental if that case died because of what he and his band of retards have been doing for the past year.
Nick is paying him. The amount of superchats Nick has sent Melton is beyond insane.
Aaron's gambit to claim to be a victim of Nick Rekieta appears to have FAILED
Aaron's delusions have been debunked by the scheduling of a trial.
Could he end up accepting a deal? Sure. That doesn't mean he didn't totally fail with his gambit of using Rekieta's interference to get his case dismissed, just like Rekieta failed with "muh watermark".
I´d bet it will be to require a Frank´s hearing, that being a court date where a judge has to witness Aaron and Nick sucking dry a guy named Frank.so the fact that the clerk instead indexed the April 10th hearing as a "Motion Hearing" indicates that Aaron's attorney intends to file (or is at least making a negotiation tactic out of the threat to file) a specific motion that needed that time blocked out.
I don't see anything to disagree with here, but I'll point out there's an important difference with Aaron's goal being the prosecution dropping the case rather than the judge throwing it out as with Nick.As a practical matter there is nothing to read into the scheduling of a trial other than that a plea offer was not accepted, which doesn't rule out the possibility that somewhat productive discussions with the state about his delusions are still ongoing. Ordinarily one settlement conference is always scheduled as a matter of course, and one may successfully beg for a second on the grounds of ongoing investigative developments like in Aaron's case or on the grounds of still needing to "think it over" like in Nick's case, but a third settlement conference was never going to happen as the judge himself would lose patience and get a trial calendar set in stone regardless of what the defendant or the prosecutor wanted. All that this changes is setting a time horizon for whatever it is that Aaron's attorney is trying to accomplish, whether futile or not.
That certainly seems to be the cope he is adopting in a new clip from today, which adds little beyond that cope other than now teasing that there "there was something we're aware of, that they weren't aware of, and more time was needed to work that out," so his attorney's investigator's work feeding the state some new revelation on Wednesday could have been a valid reason to buy more time for further plea negotiations even if the ordinary next step of trial scheduling was the only way to do so:
these two words made me think of John List, and the web of lies, and delusions he built up before he CHRIS BENOIT'D his family (NOTE: it wasn't a true CHRIS BENOIT because List didn't Soloflex himself)Aaron's delusions
Either of those seem likely, including a motion in limine. I think it's questionable whether they should admit the actual stream.Whether that is going to be dispositive like a motion to dismiss or just a motion in limine to exclude part of the evidence remains to be seen, but whatever it is he'll finally have to show his cards with a public filing to read.

LOL Nick plead guilty to 3rd degree posession. All other charges dropped. Kayla and April charges dropped.
Fat L for the toe.
You dont think Toe wanted them all to get hard time? hes been dreaming up fantasies for Nicks conviction for months. You gotta believe hes disappointed in this outcome, no?Can you explain to me how that makes an L for the toe? This was Rekieta's case; what's the influence on Aaron's case?
As I said before, this "team X" mentality is very gay.
