If some industries have been over-reliant on slave labor, they'll need to adapt and figure out a new business model that matches with the "no slave underclass, it's bad for our citizens" idea Republicans have been promoting since day 1.

My GF's legal Mexican mom has been telling the Venezuelans at her job that Trump is gonna deport them all. She's also only talking to them in English knowing they'll have trouble understanding and make mistakes, thus getting fired to speed up the deportation process.

Also, why didnt they just build a parabolic mirror and put the tower in the center? Seems like it would be less maintenance and would track the sun without needing automation. Hell, they might be able to solve the nightly cooling effect by raising up a 'shield' at night, one made out of a very good insulator to keep the water hot over night. Sure, maybe it would stop boiling without aditional input, but you'd probably need a fraction of the heat they were putting into the system to keep it boiling overnight.

Better yet, why not deport them to another continent entirely? Drop them all off in south africa or better yet, israel, and let them start hoofing it back. Those who make it can enter a citizenship raffle.
