What's bothered me a lot lately is Nick's recent admission, under oath, to the court, it was secure in a safe only he has access to.

The other option is just that traces of cocaine were getting around the house, on bodies, on plates, in bullets. The safe access only proves that Nick owned the cocaine that was found at the time by the cops, but he was measuring and transporting it at various times.
