I'll die on the hill that PandaLee wasn't any worse than any other woman her age would be in that situation, and she was and is pretty cute. How DSP let her slip away will baffle me to my dying day because he was so insanely lucky to find a young, reasonably attractive and sexually interested woman that actually seemed to like him.

A noxious personality can very easily strip away someone's physical attractiveness.
I think one of the funnier takeaways of their break-up is, due to her age and isolation she adopted so many of his personality traits, and he clearly hated her. Meanwhile he can't understand why so many people have hated him over the years.

I think Leanna's main appeal was that she was a "gamer girl" with a sense of humour that wasn't a lesbian or 400lbs, which back then made her an instant 10/10. I feel like she had this "girl next door" so she was pretty but just enough above average. I never found her attractive but I can see why many people do since we all have met a similar girl, like those memes about the McDonald's cashier or something like that.
I also think that Leanna was eventually going to grow distant from Phil or just go the Kat route and become massive and lose all hope for life. Maybe Leanna figured that Phil was going to only keep growing and become like Pewdiepie, but what I do find funny is that Phil found this barely over 18 girl who was all over him and all he wanted to do was make her a housewife he wouldn't fuck.
And when you think about it, Leanna was also a status symbol for Phil, because she was a "hot gamer girlfriend". Their relationship was never going to work.

Slight disagree here, setting aside the sex part, her whole issue is that he wouldn't marry her and make a housewife out of her.
It's basically what destroyed their relationship. Probably got asked "so when are you and Phil getting married" a lot at work, hence the fake ring.

And unlike Kat, she wanted to have sex with him (...who knows why), she shared almost all his interests, enthusiastically participated in his videos, was unphased by trolls to the point of antagonising them, and after Phil refusing to let her work for years out of pride until they needed the money once she did she made healthy co-worker relationships and created a small life outside the condo.
People seem to have forgotten that while Leanna had her complaints with their sex life and him not marrying her (towards the end) he was the one preventing her from working when she wanted to work (because it looked like he was a better provider if she was a trophy girlfriend), that she was the one wanting grow up and get married and he was dragging his feet, and then when they did get engaged and break up immediately after he was the one who ended it and lied about it being mutual and cordial.
Then he was hit by immediate regret because now he just looked like a loser bachelor in his late thirties with a dying youtube channel, no partner, and no family so he moved at warp speed to secure a wife, any wife, just to stick it to us and presumably in his mind Leanna and prove he was the real prize. Leanna never looked back except to laugh a bit occasionally.
She also had definitely out-matured him by the end of the relationship. She was a cringy kid in her early 20s in the Valentines video, and when she was being a shrill obnoxious bitch and awful teammate in Operation: Raccoon City (my favourite Panda bitchfest) and taunting the chat about how Kingdom Hearts sucked she was trying to fit in with the edgy internet bros. By the end of things she was the one working a normal job, making friends with her co-workers (which Phil did NOT like), putting her money aside and trying to hide her embarrassment because her co-workers were calling out Phil for not putting a ring on it after a decade. She was way more self-aware and mature at the end than Phil.
Whatever you think of her I watched the entire journey and unlike Phil, she actually evolved and a lot of her dumb shit can be put down to dumb young people being dumb, and Phil could and should have put his foot down.

Why is this retard even doing Viewers Choice streams again. Has he forgotten he's literally stated he will drop games on a whim (When tips dry up) and it is his perogative. He also missed the Steam Winter Sale by like a day or two when he first bought it. Phil has amazing luck in somehow paying full price for a Steam game when there are at minimum 2 big sales going on a month for a company or genre.
