Can you see anywhere where the account was made? I'm not seeing it and the only thing this guy has visibly posted is this and this picture.

Facebook profiles allow users to private any information they do not want strangers to see. That’s all.

No, but https://kiwifarms.st/threads/americ...khawk-helicopter-over-dc.210875/post-20468121 found that username somehow @stupid frog almost 3 hours ago. I didn't really dig about Facebook very much though.

And apparently it was set to private. Weird.

This is one of the biggest shitshows I've seen that lasted this long. There was some nonsense about different Trump shooters for a few hours but they got his name and pic out within 2-3. Then that sure clammed up since.

If it’s not him, then I wonder why they aren’t allowing the identity of the female pilot out?
It’s unusual to name two so prominently and not the other, surely?

Usually it's because they haven't been able to contact the family yet. Maybe they're on a camping trip or something.

Like I said in another post, there's also a rumor on X that the pilot is related to a military higher-up, so that could be contributing, perhaps something to do with PR.

Another possibility is trying to get their PR ducks in a row related to the pilot being female. Trump already went on TV and blamed "DEI" so they want to prepare for an onslaught.

Last two are just speculation, though.

I'm not sure what you mean, but the three people on the helicopter were all confirmed as being from an active duty Army unit, so this speculation is irrelevant.
Easy, depending on WHAT a unit is doing, you don't NEED an absolute full time dedicated pilot. If you just want to fly up to XYZ for an exercise, you don't need a dedicated pilot in the unit, you can have an attachment WITH your unit for the sake of flying you out. I also highly doubt media would track such very minor details of "most of them are active full duty, but 1 was part time", I feel like that detail could easily get lost.

Basically think of it like a glorified school bus driver. They aren't full time workers, they work a couple hours here, a couple hours there, as needed. Thats why I say he could be a part time pilot.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but where I work there can't be more than 3 people on the same plane incase something happens.

You'd think for higher level athletes and sports teams they'd have similar policies.
They certainly have that policy for actual US team skaters, as in 1961 the entire US team was killed in a plane crash. But these were kids. While they were all genuinely brilliant athletes, they weren't at the absolute top levels yet and at the ages of 11-12 like a lot of these kids are, a lot of them wouldn't have made it to that absolute pinnacle. You'll usually have several times more top level kids as you will adults. It's not like Russia, where they have hundreds of brilliant little girls pushed beyond normal levels of endurance until you get the handful that don't break before they can medal. But there will still be a bigger pool of youth athletes competing for the eventual top spots as adults.

Whatever the truth turns out to be it's absolutely suspicious that the female/"female" black hawk crew member's identity hasn't been released yet. It would be one thing if none of the crew's names were released since they could do some "national security" hand waving, but omitting only one name is not a good look and is certainly making me assume there's either a political (read: troon or coon) reason to hide or they somehow know they were the one at fault and need to do some damage control before releasing the name, or both. Not sure why else they would be hiding that info.
It’s because the pilot-in-command has the blood on their hands, whoever it is. The other two crew members are victims. Whoever the pilot is there’s going to be hesitation and prep before the name is released because you are basically naming the person whose mistake killed 65 people. Has to be extra hard for family because not only is their loved one dead, but they get to deal with the public outrage and anger calling them a murderer.

It looks to be an absolutely awful accident, but still an accident that comes down to the fault of one person. (Though other crew members should have been alarmed they were flying at 300-400 ft, when they should have been at 200 ft.)
