One very interesting thing is that because the President has access to all email sent by .gov emails, and because Musk and DOGE are staffed by competent tech people, they can simply compile a list of websites each email has ever subscribed to or communicated with. This can be done in hours at most given the logs. And the feds love their logs.
Depends on the contact, tbh. There's really good programs that are worth the cash value, especially when you get in to ELINT and R&D. L3 alone has probably broken every single encryption method imaginable before they even get used.
