How the fuck does Nonbinary transition even work?

From what I know, a girl who claims to be non binary usually just gets the tits chopped and has short hair. (That's literally what they claim non binary is) As for a non binary guy....I actually haven't encounter a guy who claims to be non binary but I guess he'd get his dick chopped off but doesn't take estrogen.
