We're coming up on some undoubtedly amusing deadlines, with each being about a week from the last- the perfect drip feed.

Hardin filing that Greer and he couldn't come to an agreement on his reasonable costs.
Greer slurring out something about how it is in fact Hardship who must not only be sanctioned, but removed from the case!
Greer drooling onto the docket about being a homeless retard who can't afford any costs.
The court ordering Greer to pay Hardin *knock on wood* something painful.
Greer complaining to a higher court / not paying within the deadline, causing Hardin to make the court aware.
Greer submitting six pages that do not include a non-existent restraining order, three hours after the 24 day deadline.

February is a magical time indeed!

And, HOPEFULLY, a ruling from the District Judge on the idiot's objection to the first sanction order that was filed three damn weeks ago.

View attachment 6967731 Also this reminded me of Greer and Taylor (Swift) having a fall out, when she didn't even know who he was.
not for a second do I think it's just a happy coincidence the way that that Hardin keeps constructing sentences like that.

However, he has complete plausible deniability while subtly trolling Russ over and over.

So, Greer has 14 days to invent a time machine, travel to 2018, get a restraining order filed and approved and come back.

I believe in him, he can do it.
inb4 it's a poorly cropped, highly compressed iPhone screenshot of an email sent from a cop where every word (and particularly the date) is completely unreadable except "Joshua Moon restraining order"

Is this usual, or is Bennett finally getting grumpy?
Bennett appears to be tiring of dealing with the pro se retards pro se plights and bullshit.

Pro tip. "Demanding to talk to the management!!!" Ie shitlips objection to the District, rarely works out well for you. I think the tolerance tank for pro se retardation is on empty in Judge Bennett's Courtroom.

Can someone please remind me in what context did Russ say that he filed a restraining order against Null?

ECF 219-9, a spittle-flecked email from December in which he exasperatedly tries to make Hardin stop demanding Greer comply with the rules.

It was an email to Hardin, which I found, then lost.

Here's the docs that Useful Mistake found about it though:
Regarding the protective order against Joshua 'Null' Moon. This is all I can get so far. I'll see what else (if anything) I can do

I have to suspect that Greer is saying he "Filed" it, and conveniently omitting that it was denied.

That may be the most professional: "Hey remember what this retard did?" I've ever seen.
Dropping 'mendacity' was a nice touch.
this reminded me of Greer and Taylor (Swift) having a fall out, when she didn't even know who he was.
Well, that's because he was dead to her. :story:

He applied for it and was told "Fuck No" by the local Court and Sheriff's. He should have the application and rejection. But what are the odds he actually kept those on his phone?

Crusty really has no excuse for not having enough storage on his phone. Even if it doesn't take MicroSD. If its a USB-C type flash drive you can plug it into the phone and that's it. If it's a USB-A type flash drive you just need a USB On-The-Go adapter (USB OTG). Given how cheap flash drives are, he has no excuse for not using them, despite the fact that it would eat into his whore budget by a few dollars.

If it's an Apple device, I know they have options for interfacing with a USB drive as well.

Looks like I was mistaken. Russ was lying about having submitted a police report alleging harassment on Dec 29th of 2024 (see below), but the 2018 restraining order is real.

Interesting update regarding Russ' claims of talking with police to arrest Joshua Moon. I submited the following Public Records request:
[...]
I got this response:

Oh look, MORE attorney’s fees Greer may have to pay if he doesn’t get off his ass. This is, of course, assuming the restraining order is a true and honest document. If he happened to make it all up and the judge compelled him to produce a document he lied about the existence of, I’m not sure he’d look so favorably on that.
The request for RO is real, and you all fuckers know this, for many reasons including the fact that I got us the order denying the request.
This is the restraining order that wa denied right? Goodluck shitlips.
Yes.
Pretty sure he can't do the first one. I think @Useful_Mistake has confirmed that no such restraining order exists, just that he "is going to" file a restraining order.
Incorrect. See:

That is exactly what he means, and is the only reasonable read of what he said. You file for a RO, but that's not the word (in general or legally) you would use to say you got one.
