Apparently Trump is already appealing the judge's ruling. His admin is still asking for permission though.

Part two, they've reached an agreement but Trump is still getting fucked by the courts:

It does look like Trump is fighting back though, which is a good sign. Let's hope he goes all in and doesn't hold back.
Cause it seems like DOGE is still going on, and there hasn't been sign of USAID coming back.

before nursing became the stereotypical place for whores, it was the military. if they aren't dykes then they're basically living their life like they're on a truman show-esque porn site. Its also why being a veteran is like the 2nd most common former occupation behind stripping in porn. I think its a T-level thing, which also explains the jaw line on this whore.
I had my suspicions about women in Public Works confirmed by asking a co-worker who had previously done road work if the token women on road work crews were basically barracks bunnies when after hearing my question he started heartily chuckling like he was reliving a fun memory.

They are really willing to trigger a constitutional crisis and burn the whole thing down instead of losing a cent of their slush fund. It really is astounding.
You have to understand America is on the verge of a revolution and what people don't understand is that the people who are in charge don't want the gravy train to end and in their minds think it has to continue.

This is the worst news that I've heard all year long.

I say let Mace, Boebert, and MTG do their best Maxine, AOC, and Omar (among other crazy women) impressions all day long. We've got Hageman and Blackburn doing the Lord's work in the background.

Stupid judges: let them reveal themselves. It's frustrating but there was always going to be pushback, at least they're doing it in the open instead of in the background like before. I don't get why there are so many short sighted people in the world--if draining the swamp isn't done smartly, it won't stick and everything will be worse afterward. That doesn't mean business as usual, it means business done right. This ex-parte stuff is basically illegal and grounds for impeachment (per my understanding, which is minimal at best) so why not get rid of a few of these robed criminals while they can?

Kincade--the problem with him and so many others in arts and entertainment is they've lost the understanding of specialness and rarity. It's so easy to produce and license things now that the mindset is constant product and content being produced at all times so there's a glut of everything and people don't care. Example--pineapples and tulips used to be rare except where they were grown. In Europe a pineapple was purchased for an exorbitant amount and oohed and ahh'd over at lavish parties. A single tulip bulb in England in the 1600s could bankrupt someone if it didn't bloom and propagate. But once pineapples and tulips were easily accessible, they lost their venerated status.

Kincade supposedly wanted his art to be enjoyed by everyone including people who couldn't afford art. Fine, that's nice and I like his stuff too and had one of his prints. But soon it was everywhere and on anything, and it lost its uniqueness. We're seeing the same thing with movies, books, etc. We need to make things special again, but it's hard when everything is so accessible and multitudinous.

Trump ignoring the court writs IS THE POINT they were made so retardedly overreaching. If he were to pull a Jackson option, the trap would be sprung and they’d try everything to tar him as a dictator in the process of a coup against the judiciary in a bid to overthrow law and put himself in as supreme leader, someone who might even ignore the constitution and be dictator forever. They’d then start Impeachment proceedings. It’d fail, but it’d take the wind out of his sails and the rhythm of winning would be interrupted and it’d be twice as hard to start over.
He needs to litigate these, and in doing so define the powers of the president in a way to allow himself to get even more done.
Biden already did that (i.e. ignore court orders) with I believe both Covid and student loans.

That can't be, the left hasn't decided to do a revolution yet. The right? They aren't allowed input on culture, politics, or civilization. Don't you know, we're past the end of history, and nothing ever happens.

USAID being shut down? People being laid off? That isn't happening, chud, just ask the traffic court judge in Rhode Island we got to tell you no. Checkmate.

Get used to losing lib, the days of conservatives losing gracefully and going down the route of losing with dignity is over.
America's politics are done with the Muh respectable nonsense. Usaid will be turned into CBP and glowies will lose their jobs.

You will seethe and argue that you secretly won this proposal by striking down a minor case thats irrelevant.

I don't create art or literature or film (I've dabbled at them) but I'd like to think that if I did such things seriously that I'd go for pouring some part of my essential nature into it. Art is not something to be mass produced by corporate mercenaries.
