Oh yeah his "chola" phase where he'd start every vid with "hola" and had the stupid eyebrows painted on. He kept going on about how he was Latinx and totally not the potato he is because Angelo was from Puerto Rico even though he wasn't.

Our surveillance team has reported that there are 2 pizza places near 1524 N Sumner St #307. Atlas Pizza and Pinky’s are roughly a half mile walk. There are a few bars that likely have pizza but Phil may be too big of a pussy to enter those places and he’s to retarded and lazy to grab a take and bake from Papa Murphy’s.
