I remember there were some troubles with neighbours complaining about noise, and the landlord/letting company had begun to get involved. Phil had a one bedrooms flat and was supposed to be there alone, so maybe that was part of it. Slingblade moved in as Phil’s “girlfriend”, kicked Phil out of his own bedroom, then proceeded to mostly ignore him for a few years until Phil and Slingy annoyed the neighbours too much.

Pretty sure Toren found another idiot mark halfway across the country, and proceeded to do the same thing again there.
