Let us not forget, Russ is an angry, delicate, and paranoid individual who can't even go to the grocery store without thinking people are out to mock him-

This is a person who cannot tolerate anyone not giving him exactly what he wants, when he wants it.

The Farms and Josh are his White Whale. That's where his blind hatred is focused, and even the mere suggestion that he has to pay his perceived enemy any amount of money, has to burn him to the core.

$1000 (minus the $225) definitely lights the fuze.

So is the case almost over? And Greer is somehow losing despite judges and the law both being bent over backwards to try to help him win?
The case hasn't even started. He's spent 4 years plightsperging at the court and we now know he has no evidence and no witnesses to call. As far as I can tell if this does get past discovery then he gets to do an opening statement, cross examine any witnesses Null calls, then he gets a closing statement. It's literally not possible for him to prove his case, but, tardguard is eternal.

I sometimes find myself wondering if Russ is intentionally trying to drag this suit out for as long as possible. Maybe he's realized he has no hope of winning, and so he is trying to avoid the inevitable for as long as possible? Maybe it makes him feel like an important big shot?

But then I feel like I'm giving him far too much credit. The guy is a lifelong failure with doo-doo for brains.

Considering Russ mental state and his erratic filings, would he be the first person to use a court filing as a suicide note?

Well, he maybe kinda slightly suicide baited in this filing, so an actual suicide note wouldn't be THAT huge a leap.

He's already admitted this years ago. I believe it was in his infamous "I'm the AIDS in their bloodbath" social media post where he laid out that he intends to bury Null in attorney fees to destroy the website.

He didn't expect Null to find reliable legal representation who chooses to bill the barest minimum or that he'd be hit with sanctions making him liable for the attorney fees he's been deliberately driving up.

He was pretty salty about the legal fund, too. So much so that he complained to a judge that it wasn't fair that he didn't have the same access to public funding that Josh did.

Nothing stopping Greer putting his own begging website up. Montegraph did OK from his, IIRC.

And if he's got a community of spastics and mongs who care about their right to stalk pop stars and bang whores, he might even raise a few dollars.

Or perhaps he could go and see his local LDS bishop and ask him for another handout? Then sperg all over Reddit when they turn him down again. How can they ignore a devout Mormon like Russell in his time of need?

I'm not sure why he needs funding though. He's acting for himself and doesn't have any fees to pay. The guy is already quids in. The need to empty your sack regularly is not a legitimate legal expense.

Shit-Lips is a professional dumbass
Professionals get paid. They also run out the clock at Olive Garden. Are we at Olive Hardin? I think so. Russell's racking up a bill and he will not be getting him his penis sucked.

If (and I still kinda fear that's a somewhat big if and expectations should be managed) he keeps racking up sanctions, he may end up begging to end the case himself.
If so, I trust Null to tell him no. And we all know how Russell takes it when told no.

Maybe it makes him feel like an important big shot?
It does. He loves to brag about 'being in a lawsuit'.

The Judges ruling on fees is a warning shot. Russell's next move will be to ignore it, storm out of his foxhole, pronto and shoot himself in the foot . He will be hollering about protection orders, plights and telling the judge off for misunderstanding Russell's filing, 6, and being just plain wrong. His exhibits will be a Costco muffin wrapper, a picture of Hitler and a stalking email in which the sender clearly says 'I saw your idiocy on Reddit' which Russell will claim as proof Kiwi Farmers are trying to kill him.

As soon as he tries to conduct himself properly, he's finished.

This implies that he knows how to do that. He's going to keep banging on about Hardin violating the confidentially order because he can't figure out how he fucked up or what he needed to do differently. I'm sure the court will keep tard wrangling him towards a trial despite his best efforts though. I hope the judges start experiencing some trauma lumps of their own for suffering this fool for as long as they have.

I’m positive this is a case where our favorite moron didn’t expect things to get this far, and now he has no idea what to do.

He expected that if he didn’t get an outright quick win that Josh would want settle in order to make this go away. All of a sudden, Josh is the one playing hardball and Russ is the frog in the pot of soon to be boiling water, looking back and realizing that he lost control of things long ago.

All of his emails and filings look to be the work of a desperate man. He didn’t have a contingency plan in the event that Josh actually started fighting back with competent counsel. All he has left is insults and plight-sperging, since he is realizing that he’s not as good at being a lawyer as he once thought.

I think he enjoys 'being in a lawsuit' with someone. Makes him feel like an actual lawyer and not a homeless doordash driver.

One of my buddies religiously buys lottery tickets because he gets an absurd amount out of sitting around and daydreaming about winning. Something about buying the ticket makes it real for him. I think Russ is the same way for lawsuits. Just having the faintest technical possibility of winning and having power over people with a judgment gives him a boner for days.

Yeah, he definitely puts up a Russ the Lawyer personna when writing filings and communicating with Hardin. Saying stuff like buddy boy and threatening to appeal (even though he probably isn't even sure how to do that) all feeds into his fantasy that he's somehow a competent litigant.

This happens in all of his cases, as soon as he faces actual opposing council. He files his cases and all of his motions as a mechanism of tattling to the teachers about all of his plights. His mind thinks the Judges like his teachers will just give the retard whatever he wants. His mind does not grasp that his victims, I mean opponents have rights. Or that they can come back at him. Call him out on his bullshit. Ormake him actually prove anything.
