yeah but you're using law talk and common sense.Losing at trial means it's over. If it even went to trial that means it WASN'T dismissed.
It's clear that doesn't exist in this court.

The case hasn't even started. He's spent 4 years plightsperging at the court and we now know he has no evidence and no witnesses to call. As far as I can tell if this does get past discovery then he gets to do an opening statement, cross examine any witnesses Null calls, then he gets a closing statement. It's literally not possible for him to prove his case, but, tardguard is eternal. So is the case almost over? And Greer is somehow losing despite judges and the law both being bent over backwards to try to help him win?
Keep asking "Are we there yet" and the judge will turn the car around. Again. So is the case almost over? And Greer is somehow losing despite judges and the law both being bent over backwards to try to help him win?

He's already admitted this years ago. I believe it was in his infamous "I'm the AIDS in their bloodbath" social media post where he laid out that he intends to bury Null in attorney fees to destroy the website.I sometimes find myself wondering if Russ is intentionally trying to drag this suit out for as long as possible.
Not an option for him, since his case is shit. As soon as he tries to conduct himself properly, he's finished. Will he take the hint and start cooperating?
He was pretty salty about the legal fund, too. So much so that he complained to a judge that it wasn't fair that he didn't have the same access to public funding that Josh did. He's already admitted this years ago. He didn't expect Null to find reliable legal representation who chooses to bill the barest minimum or that he'd be hit with sanctions making him liable for the attorney fees he's been deliberately driving up.

Professionals get paid. They also run out the clock at Olive Garden. Are we at Olive Hardin? I think so. Russell's racking up a bill and he will not be getting him his penis sucked.Shit-Lips is a professional dumbass
If so, I trust Null to tell him no. And we all know how Russell takes it when told no.If (and I still kinda fear that's a somewhat big if and expectations should be managed) he keeps racking up sanctions, he may end up begging to end the case himself.
It does. He loves to brag about 'being in a lawsuit'.Maybe it makes him feel like an important big shot?

I’m positive this is a case where our favorite moron didn’t expect things to get this far, and now he has no idea what to do.I sometimes find myself wondering if Russ is intentionally trying to drag this suit out for as long as possible. Maybe he's realized he has no hope of winning, and so he is trying to avoid the inevitable for as long as possible? Maybe it makes him feel like an important big shot?
But then I feel like I'm giving him far too much credit. The guy is a lifelong failure with doo-doo for brains.

One of my buddies religiously buys lottery tickets because he gets an absurd amount out of sitting around and daydreaming about winning. Something about buying the ticket makes it real for him. I think Russ is the same way for lawsuits. Just having the faintest technical possibility of winning and having power over people with a judgment gives him a boner for days.I think he enjoys 'being in a lawsuit' with someone. Makes him feel like an actual lawyer and not a homeless doordash driver.

This happens in all of his cases, as soon as he faces actual opposing council. He files his cases and all of his motions as a mechanism of tattling to the teachers about all of his plights. His mind thinks the Judges like his teachers will just give the retard whatever he wants. His mind does not grasp that his victims, I mean opponents have rights. Or that they can come back at him. Call him out on his bullshit. Ormake him actually prove anything.I’m positive this is a case where our favorite moron didn’t expect things to get this far, and now he has no idea what to do.
He expected that if he didn’t get an outright quick win that Josh would want settle in order to make this go away. All of a sudden, Josh is the one playing hardball and Russ is the frog in the pot of soon to be boiling water, looking back and realizing that he lost control of things long ago.
All of his emails and filings look to be the work of a desperate man. He didn’t have a contingency plan in the event that Josh actually started fighting back with competent counsel. All he has left is insults and plight-sperging, since he is realizing that he’s not as good at being a lawyer as he once thought.
