You are correct. It was in late October 2022 on a stream with Legal Vices (Jeff), Potentially Criminal (Sean), and Divinity Said a couple months after Hedonism II.

She initially put the age at 18, but then shifted to whenever they were mature enough mentally. Nick expressed wanting to do things with his sons involving whisky at age 21, fantasizing that they would ask Nick to teach them "what's good about it". The panel are all smiles about this.

The theme was wanting to share "firsts" in the form of vices with one's offspring. Given that this was during a time when Nick started getting heavily into drugs (notably cocaine use) and his favorite child later tested overwhelmingly positive for exposure to cocaine at eight years old, it all makes a sad kind of sense that things have gotten so bad given Nick and Kayla's warped values.
