I'll be honest, I could not remember if it was a propeller or grinder, just "spinny thing that could fuck you up real good." Finally found it in the thread when I searched "angle grinder." Looks like we all remembered the same video. (Forgot that he had pink clothes on, though. Only vaguely remembered that he was mostly naked before the act.) It's such an obvious, extreme display of mental illness that people were arguing over whether or not it was real at the time. Still feels unreal despite what I've seen in this thread and elsewhere.

I’ve been reading along here for a few months, but now I’m in need of some advice and since I don’t trust the Reddit hugbox and always like to hear two perspectives on things I’ve come here.

My peers would probably consider it a capital offense to post here, but aside from all the hatred you lot of turbo autists seem to have actually acquired quite a wealth of knowledge on all matters trans.

So I’m trans and I’ve come to the point that after 4 years of hormones my breast growth and shape is not what I’d like it to be. I have therefore decided that I want to get a breast augmentation done. I have been doing research but I find it to be incredibly hard because in the Netherlands it’s not common practice for surgeons to post a lot of results online. At best they will post maybe five photos online and when you ask if they have a book of results that I can look through they say no.

So I’m basically having to go by gut instinct and how skilled I perceive a doctor to be during our intake. So far I’ve decided against three and I have found one that I found acceptable.

Tim Schafer/Middelburg from Gender Clinic. I’ve seen a few mastectomies by him with solid results and neat stitchwork on Reddit. I’ve seen a vaginoplasty with a decent result (as far as SRS’s go) here on kiwifarms, but I’ve also seen an absolutely butchered piece of horror from his hand here on the farms (can't find the picture but it's in this thread somewhere)

So do I go with this guy? Or do I need to look further and how would I do better research on them? Which questions about technique should I absolutely ask a potential surgeon? And what is according to you guys the best technique for implants that give the most natural looking result, considering the differences in female and male chests?

Human beings have been grooming ourselves to appear different and tattooing, removing hair, and wearing wigs since we were able to develop tools to do so. It's not a big deal insofar as they don't impair your actual physical/biological functioning. It's not transhumanist. It's one of our oldest behaviors. The issue is that SRS and hormone treatments are extreme body modifications that clearly impact functioning and quality of life, drastically so, and immediately. They're done in service to a fetish more often than not to boot.

Per HIPAA a doctor would be required to censor out features that would allow the person to be identified if they’re looking to repurpose clinic photos for before & after results. That’s why they censored the snake tattoo for example.

It's a picture or words on skin - wtf would or could it "improve," and how exactly is a tattoo intertwined with technology or any greater ideas about humanity? Other than some niche prison or street coding, some specific cultures' cultural signaling, and I guess some medical uses, it's just decoration.

Provided you are not a glowie or troll, I do not understand how you can go through this thread and still think that HRT, MTF breast augmentation and SRS is a good idea. I mean, honestly, you would not be gaining anything from it other than a lifetime of medical complications and the reality that it does not work as biology cannot be changed and you will probably never "pass" no matter what you do.

Plus, very few people are going to be interested in having relations with somebody with deformed or obviously-fake looking breasts on a male torso and mangled genitals...provided that you would be lucky enough to where "sex" is even physically possible after SRS as so many post-surgery "trans" people find out the hard way that the mess that they have made out of their sexual organs cannot even function at all, anymore.

Since you've come here to get away from the hugbox and this is the Farms, I'm going to be totally and completely blunt with you: You are never going to look even remotely like a woman or feminine, no matter how big of implants you get shoved in there. The male body shape is incompatible with natural-looking breasts, and surgery can only do so much. Your shoulders and chest are so broad and your "breasts" are so far apart that even with implants, they will never look natural or like they belong there. I believe a few pages back someone posted a bunch of trans-identified males like you with "breast augmentations" if you care to find it, every single one of them looks awful and misshapen.

As far as surgeons go, none of them are trustworthy or reliable - it's all the Wild West out there, there's no regulation or standards for any trans-related surgeries, so all you can do is go with your gut and pray you don't get the doc on a bad day, because you'll have signed all kinds of waivers saying you can't hold them responsible if they fuck your life up forever. I wouldn't advise it.

What you really need is therapy to get over your porn addiction and understand that women are actual, real, living, complex human beings who you will never be able to fully understand or "live as" no matter how hard you try because you are not and will never be a woman. You can LARP the gender roles and stereotypes that you and your friends in the trans movement reinforce as strictly as you can so you can try to pretend it's the purse and lipstick that make a woman a woman and not the actual biological reality of being female, but it will never be true and you will never be a woman. You will always be a sick, perverted male pretender. You should ditch the boob job and go find a gender critical therapist who can help you come to terms with that reality and climb out of the hole. I really doubt you will, but that's what you should do.

Hi Daisy, I’d advise against any breast augmentation that involves implants. Get the tuberous breasts reduced if you must but don’t add anything that’s not supposed to be there. Your risk of developing an autoimmune disease is much lower since you’re male but I still don’t think fake tits are worth the risk.
